These treats are so cute! They are one of my horse's favorite and they can also be used as little birthday cakes!
Ingredients:
2/3 cup of Horse feed (Sweet feed or Pelleted)
1/2 cup of Flour
1/2 tsp. of Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. of Baking Soda
1/4 cup of Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp. of Oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. of Water.
Directions:
Preheat your oven you 350 degrees F. (177 degrees C.) Grease 6 Muffin tins and set aside. In a small bowl, mix the Feed, Flour, Baking Powder, and Baking Soda. Then add the Maple Syrup, Oil, and Water, mix. Fill the Muffin tins about a little more than halfway full of the batter. Put the muffins in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. Let cool. Enjoy!
