On the next day, Y/n was sitting in the cafeteria with her friends, gossiping about the latest drama in their school. She couldn't help but think about Jungwon, her shy boyfriend, who was probably hanging out with his best friend, Sunghoon, in the courtyard outside, playing basketball.

As she glanced out of the window, she saw Jungwon dribbling the ball with ease, his hair falling over his forehead. Y/n smiled to herself as she admired her boyfriend's athleticism. She wanted to go out and join him, but she was too afraid to leave the safety of her clique.

Her friends noticed the longing in her eyes, and they knew what she was thinking. They got up from their seats and took her by the arm, leading her out of the cafeteria and towards the courtyard.

As they approached Jungwon and Sunghoon, Y/n's heart raced with excitement. She couldn't believe she was finally going to spend some time with her boyfriend outside of their usual hangouts.

"Hey guys," Y/n said, trying to play it cool as she approached Jungwon and Sunghoon.

Jungwon's face lit up as he saw Y/n, and he couldn't help but smile. "Hey Y/n, what are you doing out here?" he asked, sounding surprised.

"I wanted to come and watch you play basketball," Y/n said, trying to hide her true intentions.

Sunghoon laughed. "Well, we could use an extra player. Why don't you join us?"

Y/n felt a rush of nerves as she picked up the ball, but she tried her best to impress Jungwon. As they played, she noticed the way he looked at her, and she couldn't help but feel a sense of pride.

For once, Y/n was glad that her friends had pushed her out of her comfort zone. She knew that she had a lot to learn about being a better girlfriend, and she was ready to put in the effort. As they played basketball, Y/n realized that Jungwon was more than just a shy guy. He was a talented athlete, a loyal friend, and a great boyfriend. And she was lucky to have him in her life.

As Y/n started playing basketball with Jungwon and Sunghoon, she felt herself getting lost in the game. The world around her faded away, and all she could focus on was the ball and the sound of her own breathing.

She dribbled the ball with confidence, feeling a sense of freedom that she hadn't experienced in a long time. As she passed the ball to Jungwon, she caught a glimpse of him smiling at her, and she couldn't help but feel a flutter in her stomach.

Y/n's friends watched from the audience benches, impressed by her skills on the court. They had never seen her so happy and carefree before. They could tell that she was having the time of her life playing basketball with her boyfriend and his best friend.

As the game continued, Y/n started to feel more and more confident in her abilities. She wasn't afraid to take risks, and she even managed to score a few baskets. Jungwon and Sunghoon cheered her on, and she felt a sense of pride knowing that she was making them proud.

As the game came to an end, Y/n's friends came over to congratulate her. "You were amazing out there!" one of them said, beaming with pride.

Y/n blushed, feeling grateful for their support. "Thanks, guys. I had so much fun."

Jungwon came over to her, a smile still on his face. "You were really good, Y/n. I had no idea you had such skills."

Y/n laughed, feeling a sense of relief that she had impressed him. "Thanks, Jungwon. I guess I just needed to get out of my comfort zone."

Sunghoon clapped them both on the back. "Well, we should do this more often. The three of us make a pretty good team."

Y/n felt a sense of happiness wash over her as they walked back towards the school building. For once, she wasn't the mean girl who ruled the school. She was just a girl who loved basketball and her boyfriend, and that was all that mattered.

{Time skip in the school building}

As Y/n, her boyfriend Jungwon, his best friend Sunghoon, and her friends walked back into the school building after their lunch break, they were chatting and laughing about the game of basketball they had just played. They had all had a great time and were in good spirits.

As they were on the way to their classroom, a girl suddenly bumped into Jungwon and spilled her drink all over his shirt. Y/n felt a surge of protectiveness towards her boyfriend, who was so tiny and vulnerable compared to the other students in the school.

"What the hell?" Y/n snapped at the girl, who looked taken aback by her sudden outburst.

"I'm so sorry," the girl stammered, clearly embarrassed by her mistake.

"You should be more careful," Y/n said, her tone icy. "Do you even know who you just spilled your drink on? This is my boyfriend, Jungwon. He's not some random guy you can just bump into."

Jungwon looked uncomfortable, trying to defuse the situation. "It's okay, Y/n. It was just an accident."

But Y/n wasn't satisfied. She glared at the girl, making sure she knew that she had crossed a line. As they continued walking towards their classroom, Y/n could feel the eyes of her friends and Jungwon on her, and she knew that they were all a little taken aback by her sudden aggression.

But she didn't care. She loved Jungwon, and she wasn't going to let anyone hurt him, even if it was just an accident. She knew that her protectiveness could be seen as overbearing, but she couldn't help it. It was just who she was.

As they entered their classroom, Y/n tried to calm down, knowing that her outburst had probably made her friends and Jungwon uncomfortable. She just hoped that they would understand that she was just trying to protect the people she cared about.

{In the classroom}

As Y/n walked into the classroom after the incident with the girl who spilled her drink on Jungwon's shirt, she could feel her blood still boiling with anger. She tried to take deep breaths and calm herself down, not wanting to show her frustration to Jungwon, his best friend Sunghoon, or her own friends.

She knew that her outburst might have been a bit much, but she couldn't help it. She loved Jungwon and would do anything to protect him. She just wished that the other students in the school would learn to be more careful around him.

Y/n took her seat next to Jungwon, who was still trying to dry his shirt with some tissues. "Are you okay?" she asked, trying to sound calm.

Jungwon smiled at her, his eyes warm and gentle. "I'm fine, Y/n. It was just a little accident. Don't worry about it."

Y/n felt a wave of relief wash over her. She was grateful for Jungwon's understanding and didn't want to scare him with her anger. She knew that he was already shy and sensitive, and the last thing she wanted to do was make him feel uncomfortable.

As their teacher began the lesson, Y/n tried to focus on the material and push the incident with the girl out of her mind. She didn't want to ruin the rest of her day with her anger. She had already had so much fun playing basketball with Jungwon and Sunghoon, and she didn't want to let this one incident ruin her mood.

But even as she tried to concentrate on the lesson, her mind kept wandering back to the girl who had spilled her drink on Jungwon's shirt. She couldn't help but wonder why some people were so careless and inconsiderate towards others.

Y/n knew that she couldn't control the actions of others, but she could control her own response to them. She took a deep breath, trying to let go of her anger and focus on the present moment. She had her friends, her boyfriend, and her education, and she wasn't going to let anyone take that away from her.
