3rd person:

There was a problem. Not with the states no they loved this. There was a problem GOV had. Somebody had been sneaking into the old workshop and started making things. Wooden things (sometimes they have cute anime, badass, sad, ect drawings of their favorite characters) but thing neither the less. Everybody has gotten something and the states do want to know whos giving it to them. But GOV's problem was he hated the states getting along, it's bad, GOV might get overthrown. And he does not want that. He doesn't want that at all and a few states have tried many times.

Lately though this person has taken a liking to certain people.
Florida
New York
Alaska
Hawaii (when she visits)

There are people they ruled out for this:
Hawaii (she doesn't live in the statehouse)
California (He would NEVER be this nice plus texas got some things)
Florida & Louisiana (too irresponsible)
Wyoming (...)
New Mexico (same reason as cal)
New Jersey (same reason as cal)
New York. (same reason as cal)

Of course how even somebody on this list is the maker and (IT SHOULD BE PRETTY FUCKIN OBVIOUS ON WHO IT PROB IS THIS IS A YORKCAL FIC) the people just haven't figured out. The person is well at hiding it as everybody has gotten something meaning their making something for themselves.

GOV calls everybody into a meeting to solve this.

Cali's POV:

We were called into a meeting because of me. Well because of the dude in the workshop.

"Okay so we need to find who's doing this, if you expose yourself now any punishment will be taken off," GOV says trying to get our attentions although most of us don't pay him any mind.

"Why are we talking about plans with everyone here, won't they just plan for our plans?" Florida asks. How the fuck did I not think of that's genius and Florida thought of it too damn I'm slow.
"Florida is right-" I try saying before being rudely cut off.

"because the person is probably a dumbass to keep doing this after warnings." GOV buts in. CUTING ME OFF.

I inhale before Texas speaks then I mock him
"I thought we already knocked California off"
"I tHoUgHt We AlReAdY KnOcKeD cAlIfOrNiA oFf" I say at the same time just to piss him off.

"No useless fighting, you guys act like a married couple" GOV says.
"They aren't married?" Florida says.
"didn't you forget New York and them are married I mean just look at them" Louisiana says gesturing over to were me and York are sitting.

"Ha gay" Florida says while snickering. Then it hits me I'm resting my head on York's shoulder. I lift my head up quickly before more states can see, I am clearly embarrassed.  

Their plans mostly concluded "guard the place" nobody thought cameras, dumbasses.

I need to make things for Hawaii and Texas today, it's Texas' "lucky day" tomorrow so I decided to be nice. Hawaii's visiting soon so I'll just send it to Alaska to gift to her. :)

But first I need to not only wait for night but take out the people I haven't given enough gifts too, like agreeing to GOV's plan gets them more. Dumbfucks. (this sadly didn't happen as I thought it was bad when I tried to write it, I'm very sorry.)

I could either read or do stuff in the kitchen like clean and make dinner. I'm not 'trusted' around fire so I just need to make sure I'm not caught. I could always cook dinner now then if I hear somebody who gives a fuck coming towards the kitchen I'll blame it on New York and say I was washing the dishes. Not foolproof but its good (and close) enough!
