Hiroku woke up, blinking a little, and then coughing slightly,

She shook her head a little, got up and looked around, trying to see where she was.

She was on a bunch of stone bricks, there was a bunch of small buildings around the place.

She wasn't in the garage anymore.

The sky was pitch dark, but the entire horizon was glowing orange, likely a sunset.

Illuminated in the background by the sunset were things like a ferris wheel, and what looked like roller coasters.

An amusement park?

Her vision was still coming to whilst she looked around,

She rubbed her eyes and then re-opened them,

She blinked a few times,

Now she could see much clearer,

The buildings surrounding her weren't in the best condition,

No toys were on the fair attractions at all.

In fact, glass was smashed, and the walls were broken and littered with giant holes.

And almost without noticing, she was sweating.

Still trying to find out where she was, she looked up.

The inky black sky had stars, but it was strange.....

The stars looked like were coming closer,

And then one fell onto the ground next to her,

It wasn't a star, it was..... an ember,

There was actually a lot of embers, falling in one place of another.

Why with all the embers? Who could light a fire like this?

And then she squinted into the distance.

And then the realization hit.....

That wasn't a sunset,

That was a fire,

A HUGE FIRE!

Which meant that that it was not night.

That was smoke.

Immediately fear took over, and she dove for cover.

She ran into a building.

The building however, was gutted entirely.

It was a merchandise shop, and it had fire damages all over it,

Burnmarks were everywhere, the items that it was going to sell were completely destroyed, burnt into the small piles of ash that laid in their place.

Now she was getting horribly unnerved, but at least she knew the fire was extending away from here.

In the distance, she saw the spindly silhouettes of trees, without leaves, burnt to a crisp.

All she had to do was wait, surely the firefighters would bail her out.
