𝐈𝐅 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑 𝐀𝐒𝐊𝐄𝐃 𝐋𝐎𝐍𝐃𝐘𝐍 𝐑𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐑𝐎 how she felt about the boys' music career, she's automatically tell you that she was proud. she had grown up with them and been there every step of the way, so seeing them finally accomplish their dreams made her happier than anything in the world.

dd and notti had just returned to the block after signing with alamo records and to say that there was a celebration happening would be an understatement.

large groups of people flooded the streets, music blasted, and there were a few grills set up cooking many barbecue dishes. the residents of sugar hill took any excuse to throw a party.

"congratulations my hearts." londyn beams brightly as the two brothers approach her, hugging notti first and then dd, quickly pecking his lips.

"i'm so proud of ya." aaliyah adds on, making her way into notti's arms. he softly kisses her head, smiling down at her in admiration before the two walk off to get something to eat.

"come, let's sit. then you could tell me how it went." londyn says, gesturing to a nearby building with stairs in the front. the two make their way over there, sitting down close to each other so they'd be able to have a conversation over the loud music.

"it was crazy ma. they had us signing contracts and talkin to ceo's and shit." dd explains, fidgeting with the watch on his wrist.
