Meredith's POV
"She wants a dog?" Addison asks Amelia once Genevieve was fast asleep in her bedroom. Genevieve threw up on Mark when he hung her upside down and Amelia had to clean her up. Amelia asked Genevieve what she wanted for Christmas and she stated that she wanted a dog, leading us to our conversation now.
"Yes Addie. Genevieve wants a dog and I intend on keeping that promise to her." Amelia says with a slight smile on her face.
"Maybe we should go to the animal shelter and pick a dog?" Addison looked over at me, smiling when she saw the smile on my face.
"Amelia and I will go and pick out a dog for Genevieve on Monday when you two are at the hospital." Addison tells me and I nodded in agreement when Mark enters the room in jogging pants.
"Sorry about your pants Mark, but maybe don't hang Genevieve upside down." Mark sticks his tongue out at me and I do the same thing to him.

Addison's POV
"How are you feeling little one?" Genevieve laid down on her bed while I sat beside her and played with her hair.
"My head feels better." Genevieve replied with a smile on her face before I placed a kiss on one of her hands. Genevieve giggled at the feeling and I couldn't help but smile at her.
"Did you have fun today?"
"Uncle Mark made me ice cream sandwiches for dinner and I watched Disney movies with Auntie Amelia. We had popcorn and candy!" Genevieve excitedly tells me and I couldn't help but smile. Genevieve eats pretty healthy, only eating junk food twice a month. Except during the holidays or other special occasions, where she'll indulge a bit more.
"What movies did you watch?"
"Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Cinderella, Jungle Book and Sleeping Beauty." Genevieve responded with a huge smile plastered on her face.
"Well I'm glad that you had fun today Genevieve."
