"Ha waise...ham puchna chahte the santu tumse ki tum dono ne ye kiya kaise mtb rassi kaati to kaati kaise?", asked ks out of curiosity.

Santu looked at cheeta and cheeta looked back at her and they both smiled and then santu explained, "km, wo cheete ki ghadi ke belt mein ek blade laga diya tha maine aur mere bhi ghadi ke neeche tha..."

"...ab maddam practical baat h ki koi bhi kidnap krega to wo haath jaroor bandhega to usi according hamne set kiya tha usko...jisse rassi kat jaye aaram se...aur aisa hi hua...phir aage ka to aap sab ko pata hi h."

He was about to speak further when santu interrupted and corrected, "Dsp sir aapka mtb party se tha!?"

Dsp narrowed his eyes and then giggled and said, " ab constable santosh dawat bole ya party... baat to ek hi h... to miss Malik aap hame to jaroor nimantran (invitation) dengi apni is dawat mein."

"A...a..b... ji... ji sir... ham sab aapas mein faisla karke aapko bata denge.", hm said smiling awkwardly.

"Theek h miss Malik... to ham chalte h ab aur pj aap aaj ka hamara rajma chawal head quarters bhejwa dijiyega.", he said while leaving.

"Ji sir", pj nodded.

"Jai hind!!", all of them loudly saluted which startled him as usual and then he left.

Hm was working on a file so she waited for ks to speak something while continuing her work but when ks didn't responded she lifted her face and took a keen look of KS's face and analyzed it.

Hm while looking at ks asked, "kis baat ko lekr pareshan h aap karishma? Bataiye hame!"

For the first time in the while ks looked up and her eyes met with hm but she could not hold eyelock for long and she looked away and then cleared her throat to say her thing.

"Aa.rr.. wo ms... hame parso(day after tomorrow) subha subha kanpur ke liye nikalna h... to hame chhuthi chahiye kuch dino ki.", ks blurted out.

This was more of the shock than just a mere information to hm. She nervously stood from her chair and came near ks and then questioned her back in a breath, "sab theek to h karishma? Aap pareshan lag rhi h? Ammi, dadi, aadil, uncle? Sab khairiyat to h waha? Achanak se aapko waha kyu jaana par rha h? Jawab dijiye hame!"

"Ha...am... batate h... pr aap pahle saans lijiye aur relax kariye.", ks tried to calm down hm while forwarding her a glass of water.

Hm quickly took a sip and then a deep breath and asked her again, "ab bataiye!"
