He wouldn't mind a lot, since he's bisexual, so he thinks it's ok. He'd still love you just as much. Sometimes he'd treat you a little differently on some things now that your a male.
Snake
He wouldn't care, he's pansexual so he wouldn't mind at all. He wouldn't care what gender you wanted to be, his love for you stays the same. Half the time, he'd make more dirty jokes finding it a little easier now.
