L&F Chapter 20

4 Weeks Later
Kelly POV

Its been a month since I've been released from the hospital when Y/N told me she killed Tim I couldn't stand to look at her she could've just beaten him up really bad and I would've been fine, but no. Now I have to find a way to tell my 5 year old son  where's his daddy, and I know it's been a month but I still haven't told him about Tim. I came up with a lie saying he's been working in another state and he'll be back soon, I can tell he's not buying it anymore.

After being discharged from the hospital I've been staying with Bey it's just to many memories at the house I used to share with Tim. It's a beautiful day today so I wanted to get out the house so I asked Bey did she want to go shopping with me then after we can go get ice cream for dessert. She said yes and now we're walking out the mall with both our arms filled with shopping bags.

We ate at a really nice restaurant now we're heading to one of my favorite ice cream parlors, there's a park maybe five minutes from here so we got our ice cream to go wanting to take a scroll through the park. Continuing our walk to the park me and Beyoncé just have random conversation we're about 2 minutes away from the park when me and Bey see Y/N walk out a small bakery. Beyoncé bumps me in the shoulder

"Hey theres Y/N you should go talk to her"

I immediately say no I'm not ready to face her just yet

"No Beyoncé not right now" 

I say hoping she'll drop the subject, Bey then looks over her shoulder and so do I. There's no one behind us except 4 young teenage boys they all on their phone they look not to be of any danger

"Kelly do you feel like we're being followed?"

I look back at the group of boys wait a second, that's the same boys that were behind us at the ice cream parlor, so that means they've been following us for awhile

"You know what Bey I do actually"

"Okay on the count of 3 we both run. 1...... 2.......3"

We take off running down a random street the street leads to an ally way unfortunately it's a dead end. Me and Bey turn around out of breath, there's only one way out and the 4 boys are blocking it. One of the boys pull out a gun, me and Beyoncé put our hands in the air

"This is for what Y/N did to Tim"

I look back past the boys seeing Y/N standing there

Y/N POV

Today I wanted something sweet and the first thing that came to mind is my favorite bakery 30 minutes away, I'm really close to the owner she's a sweet old lady her son passed away not to long ago from cancer. Sometimes when I come in we sit and have donuts with coffee while she tells me stories about her son. I could really use some advice about this whole Kelly situation so I decided to pay my favorite bakery owner a visit.

I drive to the bakery already tasting the sweet tasting pastries on my tongue.I park on the curb of the building and go into the store. I open the door making the bell above go off, then the owner Mary steps out from the back

"Ayyyye my babygirl Y/N how you been I missed you so much, I already know what you want go find a table and have a seat I'll be there soon"

I do as she says and wait for her to come out, after a short wait she comes over with all my favorites and a cup of my favorite coffee that she can only make.

"So tell me what's been going on"

Me and Ms.Mary talk and catch up for an hour, she gives me some really good advice on what I should do to get Kelly talking to me again. I tell her goodbye and I'll see her again I walk out heading to my car when I see Kelly and Beyoncé walking,
I start to head towards them when I see a group of young guys following them, I don't get a good vibe from them so I decided to follow from a distance

All of a sudden Beyoncé and Kelly take off running and so do the boys, so do I. The boys have the girls trapped in a dead ended ally, I see one of the boys pull out a gun

"This  is for what Y/N did to Tim"

I stop him before he can do anything "YOUR NOT GOING TO TOUCH THEM!"

They all turn around towards me pulling out their guns

"Look it's 4 vs. 1 it'll make y'all look real pussy if you shoot me instead of fighting"

They tuck their guns away and 2 of the 4 boys come at me, one of the boys I was able to dodge his attempt to punch and send my own punch to his neck and another to his stomach. The second boy comes at me but I knee him in the stomach and twist his neck.

The other pair of boys runs towards me one punches me in the face and the other one kicks me in the stomach sending me stumbling back. I fall on the ground they claim on top of me and start punching and kicking me nonstop. I can see Beyoncé and Kelly coming closer but this is all apart of my plan

"STAY BACK!!" I yell and they stay where they are

I pull out 2 guns from my pants and shoot the two boys in the head. I get up off the ground going to Beyoncé and Kelly

"Are y'all ok?" 

"Yes we're fine"

That's all I hear before I pass out
