It's been weeks and Elena and Damon are still cheating on Emma and Stefan without their knowledge. Elena looked at Damon and smiled
"Let's tell Emma and Stefan then we don't have to sneak around anymore"
Elena said smiling
"Can't we just let ourselves enjoy one more secret selfish day before we destroy theirs?"
Damon said as he leant in to kiss Elena again. Elena kissed Damon and then Emma walked in with Stefan and they saw Damon and Elena making out and then Elena said
"I can't believe it's been 5 weeks and they still don't know"
Emma and Stefan looked at each other before tapping Elena and Damon on the shoulder. Damon and Elena turned around and saw Emma and Stefan stood behind them. Emma rolled her eyes and hugged Stefan before the went up to Stefans room together. Emma looked at Stefan who was in tears and she held his face as she said
"She doesn't deserve you. You're too good for her. I should've warned you shouldn't I? I'm sorry Stefan. You're way too good for Elena"
Stefan looked at Emma and smiled a little before they hugged. Damon and Elena walked into Stefan's room
"We are sorry"
Elena said looking at Emma and Stefan hugging. Emma rolled her eyes at Elena and she grabbed Stefan's hand and they left. Leaving Damon and Elena alone. Emma texted Elena and Damon making sure they knew that Elena and Stefan were over and so were Emma and Damon. Emma smiled at Stefan
"Tonight me and you. We'll go together to the masquerade ball"
Emma said smiling at Stefan
"Okay"
Stefan said smiling back at Emma. Everyone was at the masquerade ball. Katherine and Lucy arrive. They're going different ways. Katherine takes a strawberry from a plate and walks into Matt.
"Elena?"
Matt said looking at Katherine
"Matt? You look dashing."
Katherine said smiling at Matt
"I thought you said you weren't coming."
"I couldn't miss it. You really are hot in a suit. I would love to just...Okay, here's the deal."
Katherine compels him.
"Do you know what you have to do?"
Katherine added
"I'm gonna get Tyler Lockwood really drunk. I'm going to start a fight with him and I'm gonna beat him until he snaps."
"And then?"
"I won't stop until he kills me."
"God, you're hot. Now go away."
"Thank you."
Matt leaves. Stefan and Damon are stood outside looking around.
"Do you see her?"
Damon said looking around. Stefan looked at him and replied with
"Nope. You're sure you can do this?"
"Who are you talking to"
"Oh, I had the chance to kill her and I hesitated."
"Well that is the fork in the road between you and me my friend. I don't hesitate."
"You spent 145 years loving her, it could happen."
"I won't hesitate."
"Okay."
Matt and Tyler are in his father's office with Aimee and Sarah. The girls are dancing. The boys are drinking.
"We're really not supposed to be in here."
Tyler said looking at Matt but Matt just smiled and said
"Yeah, I know but we really need to turn this party up. Another shot?"
"Hey, I want a shot."
Aimee said smiling
"Me too and then we have to dance."
Sarah said
"Yes."
Aimee said smiling
" You know, usually it's me corrupting you. I like this."
Tyler said laughing a little they all drink and then they go back to the party.
"We need to let Stefan and Damon know the room's ready."
Bonnie said looking at Jeremy. Suddenly she stops.
"Do you feel that?"
"What's the matter? Are you cold?"
"No."
She sees Lucy and goes toward her.
"Excuse me, do I know you?"
" No, I'm a plus one, I know no one, but it's a great party though."
She leaves. Bonnie joins Jeremy.
" Are you okay?"
" I just got a weird vibe. Let's find Damon."
Stefan is on the dance floor, alone. He sees Katherine walking down the stairs a long distance away. Then Katherine suddenly appears behind him.
"Dance with me."
"No."
"Fine then tell me who I should kill. Him? Hmm, she looks delicious."
She eats a strawberry. Stefan offers her his arm. She follows him and they dance.
"It's a beautiful night."
"Why the charade I don't want anyone to get hurt tonight."
"Okay. Then give me the moonstone and nobody will."
"Well, you see, I don't have the moonstone on me. So, you and I will have to go get it together."
"Hmm. I have a better plan. You go fetch it and I will try not to kill anyone in the meantime."
"My way or you don't get it."
Aimee arrives
"Hey Stefan, I can't find Matt. Oh my god Elena! You look so pretty. I love that dress. You look gorge."
"Thank you. I love your necklace."
"Oh, thanks"
"Oh it's twisted. Here, let me, here we go."
She goes behind Aimee and she snaps her spine.
" Paralyzed from the waist down."
Snaps Aimee's spine again.
"And dead"
She kills her and throws Aimee's body in Stefan's arms. Then Katherine waves a little at Stefan and walks away. Meanwhile Emma is still with Rebekah at the Mikaelson house because Stefan didn't want Emma to know about Katherine so Emma is sat with Rebekah thinking Stefan bailed on her.
