I took her hand in mine as I nodded to the guards. They eyed her and then nodded to me. She looked at me strange but I lead her quickly into the kingdom. She looked around at everything, I could tell she was scared. I felt terrible because she had a right to be terrified. Finally we went passed the guards but I knew that they were watching. I saw the castle entrance, it was just a few feet away.
" It's just up ahead, Tori..." I said breaking the silence.
"...ok..uhm..link...?" She said as we walked in.
"Yes me'lady?"
" I've..uhm...I've been meaning to say something to you for a while. "
I stopped and looked at her, what did she need to say?
" I'm all ears my love..I mean my lady. " I said turning a little red
she smiled a little and then sighed
" I don't like soldiers for the capital...I hate there guys more than I hate chickens. "
"Heh, I still can't believe your scared of chickens.." I said with a chuckle
"Ya ya I know...
So when I met you, I wanted to kill you, and not just because you tried to short my head off."
"Yeah sorry about that..." I said
"It's ok...what I've been meaning to say is that, then I got to know you and..uhm...I guess you could say that your the only acceptation to my hatred."
"What does that mean." I said trying not to smile
" That I really really really really....like you Link..." She said playing with her fingers
I think my mouth dropped open when she said that cause she game we a weird face
" Hey I get it you don't feel the same j know you like Zelda geez. " She mumbled
"Let's just ..give her the thing she needs" Tori finished as she began to open the door
My mind was facing and so was my heart,
She...she likes me? A lot? Oh my gosh I love her too! Wait, she doesn't think I like her...oh no, the trap!
"No Tori! "I said grabbing her hand
She turned her head around and looked at me, one hand on the door handle and it was open a little.
"Ye-" she was cut off by guards opening the door and flooding in around us.
"Shoot." I grumbled
She looked around in confusion then at me
"Link? What's going on?! "She said as a guard pulled her hands behind her back, she tried to fight them off but there were to many. She looked at me and I was in pure shock. She was still confused then she nit her eyebrows together and widened her eyes.
"You...you set me up! "She shouted at me
"You led me here for profit didn't you!!! You scumbag!! " She zapped a guard but two more held her.
"Tori! I'm so sorry I tried to warn you I tried to fix it!" I said as the guards pushed me back.
I watched as she struggled against the men and I couldn't do anything about it...they pulled her back down the halls kicking and screaming.
I stood there with one other soldier. He looked at me and smiled , " hey good job link, now we have custody of her. You did your kingdom much. " He said as he patted my shoulder and left.
"Good huh...well I feel real crummy about it..." I thought as I looked at the floor.
