Ch.6

-Next evening-
The day was tiring and full of hard labor. But It was all worth it for that amazing meal. I smiled as my dad made a fresh salad with a soup and steamy bread. We ate and talked like we usually do except we fully were stuffed afterwards. I got up and threw my cloak on, ready to leave since the sun was setting and darkness fell across the land.
"Leaving?" He asked
"Yes father, we are running low on supplies and I think I should take a walk. It's best I go, stay safe till I return. " I said exiting the hut. I walked for a while thinking of what to take. I finally stumbled upon a shop. It was new and it had cute little stuff in it like pets and snacks 😋. I brushed my brown air out of my eyes as I walked in the shadows. I felt the spark inside me grow as I took out my weapon and picked it's lock. Guards? Nope. I walked inside careful for traps or security. The animals though....they awoke. I quickly stuffed my sack and and looked at them. I stared at one though, it was still an egg. I smirked , not to often I'll get a surprise. I picked up the small egg and placed it in my satchel. I walked back into the shadows making my exit. I made it about one block until someone shouted at me.
" HEY! STOP THAT THEIF! " it was a guard! My eyes widened under my hood as I hide my satchel and ran.

Sry it's still super short, I kinda have writers block right now.
