Here's some references for you all to have see some of the OCs in the story! They were all based on/referencing existing characters from other anime, shows, games, etc so you might recognize some of them.

Katsumi; kind of a cross between Zenon from Black Clover and Chrollo from Hunter x Hunter.

Aiko; I really only had Machi from Hunter x Hunter in mind when I wrote her even in the pre-rewrite for some reason.

Miki; and Knov from Hunter x Hunter for him.

Ethan; the previous Insomnia based it completely off of Meleoron from Hunter x Hunter (can you tell I was really into HxH back then?) but in this rewritten version I based him off of Ethan from Arknights.

I have a Pinterest board with 170+ pictures of Ethan. He's cute, I love him, wish there was more people that play Arknights just to know him and his really awesome backstory. Anyway.
