Chapter 12: Prepare for war

It's been 3 days since I became the dryads leader and I've gotten the hang of it, all the girls are great to work with. I currently have them stationed around the lizardmen incase they get attacked early so if they are, me and my people can act fast. I have even had them evacuate any villages that would have become there feeding ground.

All of Rimuru's people are preparing for the war, as well as too head over to the lizardman tribe in a day or two. He isn't super confident about winning but I've assured him many times that our forces are strong, who knew the guy was so dense.

Earlier today I actually received the weapon I asked for from Kijin:(Replace the green and orange with black)

And the outfit I asked Shuna to make for me:(Replace the red with a gold color, make the boots flats, and ignore the sword)

Apparently the clothes and weapon are special in a way, the glaive is designed like Shion's weapon, meaning I can make it disappear when I want and they put actual ores and stones in it so I can control the weapon and so it works with [Geo resonance].

The clothes will morph slightly to the users form, so if I call out my wings the clothes will make slits appear so they can come out comfortably, the same can be said for my tail. The clothing also has ores and stones in it so I can reinforce it more, even if I don't need it, that is very cool.

Currently I'm helping Hakuro train the goblin riders so they can be at there best.

Vendela: "You have been training them well, they did better then I believed they would," I tell him while the goblins spar.

Hakuro: "Well these are not my first students so I know how to beat the lesson into them," he says while smiling.

I could have sworn I had seen them all shiver after he said that. Before I could speak I got a message from a few of my dryads that the orcs are closing in on the swamplands.

Vendela: 'Good work ladies. Tell any lizardmen that aren't soldiers to evacuate, we can't risk them being eaten,' I think to my dryads.

Dryads: 'Yes mistress, It will be done,' they think back.

Vendela: "Sorry to cut this conversation short but it seems the orcs are moving in on the lizardmen, I'll report this to Rimuru, I recommend getting ready," I tell him.

Hakuro: "Right away lady Vendela," he says while nodding.

I speed over to Rimuru's home and immediately let him know what's happening, due to the urgency we get everyone to get moving immediately. While we were speeding over I give my dryads the order to standby but let me know what occurs on the field.  just then Rimuru get's a message from Soei, who was running ahead of us.

Rimuru: "Soei is engaging a small force that are trying to get a lizard woman with purple hair," he tells me.

Vendela: "That's the chiefs daughter, if she is out here something is wrong, I'll go ahead to him to make sure he is ok, you meet up with her," I tell him.

Rimuru just nods in response and I use [Accel] and immediately pass Soei holding Soaka and go into a mad dash towards the chieftain's location. I reach the entrance about 5 minutes later just before a few orcs could kill the guards, In one swipe from my weapon there heads fall off there bodies.

Vendela: "Soldiers! Where is the chieftain!" I order.

Soldier 1: "U-Uh lady Vendela! He um should be inside the cage all the way in, as well as the elders," he says nervously.

I eye the two of them for a moment before speaking.

Vendela: "You dare betray your chief!?" I scream at them in complete anger

Soldier 2: "W-We were jus-," he tries to say but is cut off by me slamming my tail on the ground, cracking it.

Vendela: "Hold your tongue! Your punishments will be made by the monster himself, for now just do your damn jobs while I go free him," I respond through gritted teeth.

Soldiers: "Y-Yes lady Vendela!" they scream as I enter the cave.
