A/N: Okay I had to publish these next few chapter because I wrote smut and I just had to post it.

By this time its lunch, which I was skipping. Im not that hungry and Id much rather spend my time on something more meaningful, like getting some fresh air. I need to think.

I make my way down the windy path, the trees closing in making it tighter. As I reach an opening in the path that leads to a flatbed by a beautiful pond. Yes, our spot. A voice, a calming voice it startles me.

Hello, Aurora. A calming voice speaks out, from nowhere.

I look around clueless, there is no one here?

H-Hello? I stutter, looking around frantically but not at my feet.

I am here a slithering voice crept up.

I look down near my feet where sat a small green garden snake. Its quite cute– wait I am talking to a snake right now? There's no way I can speak parseltongue, If I could I would know already.

Am I speaking parseltongue? I ask with confusion as I tilt my head towards the snake in front of me.

I dont know, are you? It sarcastically replied, this snake reminded me of someone.

Draco.

They're both just as cocky, stubborn, and dickheads.

Ive only known this snake for a few minutes but, I can always tell.

You remind me of someone I know.

And that is?

Just a friend. I look away back towards the water.

Draco POV:

Just a friend. I hear her say, her thoughts travel through my head at thousands of speeds.

Is he just a friend?

What if I dont want him to be just a friend?

what if I want him to be more than a friend?

Her thoughts vanish as I try and comprehend mine.

These past weeks Ive been trying to get into her head. Shes had a mental wall up until now, why now?

And I do not think of her as just a friend.

I need to show her that.
