Why do I concern myself with who you are with right now?
all I know is that it's not me
so I guess I'm hoping that you're alone
what kind of friend would hope you weren't happy?
That's not really what I'm wishing for
but my hopes are so selfish and greedy
so if there is someone that you love
I hope that they make you very happy
Who is this girl? Are you dating?
I felt as if I would cry
of course she is pretty
this hurts, I won't lie
I guess if you are happy
with the girl standing next to you
then I should be a good person
and smile too
Even though it hurts
I haven't seen you this happy in a while
a good person like you
I love when you smile
Even if it's sad or painful
I laughed when you did although I was broken inside
I found that you still made me smile
but when you left, I cried
Because I thought you were cute
Because you were a good guy
I think it will be worse on you
If you knew that I would go home and cry
Every night I would stay up
and wait until you came home and said goodnight
every time you laughed and slept well
I couldn't sleep but I thought of you so it was alright
Who is this girl
I'm so unfamiliar I feel the akwardness in the air
it wouldn't hurt me so much
sometimes I wish I didn't care
I guess if you are happy
with the girl standing next to you
then I should be a good person
and smile too
Even though it hurt
I haven't seen you this happy in a while
a good person like you
I love when you smile
Even if you smile and laugh
it will still hurt a little everyday
but I like to smile for you
as a promise that it is okay
Even if I am alone
you will brighten everything and make me happy
did I set my heart on you too fast
but still I don't wish I had gone any less quickly
And as I stare at this girl who looks so wrong for you
I wanted to cry
but as I look at you
if you smile then so shall I
