Best friends from the age of five, max and Elodie loved playing make believe. They found from an early age the fun in playing at being in love. They continue the game as they grow older and everyone plays along. But when Elodie's feelings for max become more than just make believe she finds herself wanting to back out of the game before she gets hurt. But trying to suppress the crushing emotions you're feeling for your best friend who's pretending to be in love with you is proving to be a lot easier said than done.
