❝ Nobody's ever done it like I did it ❞

YA writer rep'd by Uwe Stender | Korean Drama Enthusiast | John Hughes Aficionado | Cat mom to Poe & Hemingway | Mark Schwahn Addict | Lover of representation of POC & Happy Endings

● Write from the heart, don't let what's popular on Wattpad dictate what you stand for and write
● Even if no one's reading, keep posting because sooner or later the readers will come
● Criticism = knowledge and guidance
● Not everyone's opinion of your work has to be taken to heart
● Don't start more than you can focus on
● If someone says you're a bad writer, then you owe it to yourself to prove them wrong
● If someone calls your story cliché after only reading the first chapter, screw them
● As long as you're satisfied with your novel, then that's all that matters
● Write the novel you want to read
● If someone copies you, honestly, it just says that you're doing something right and they're too pathetic to come up with something on their own
● Forget rules, have fun with what you write
● Make your own lane no matter what genre or age range and kill in it

Think I’ll take a month long break from Wattpad to focus on Pushing Boundaries after this Saints & Sailors update – I’m soooo behind with that rewrite
