I'm currently a student studying screenwriting at Chicago Filmmakers. To date, I've written four screenplays and submitted one of them, "The Beautiful Angel (A Christmas Love Story)" to a major competition, which ended up advancing to the second round.

Originally, "The Beautiful Angel (A Christmas Love Story)" was a much darker piece that addressed current real-world issues (I think I still have the original, dark piece) and is in some ways, a marked contrast to this lighter more heartwarming piece (although the dark piece is also heartwarming).
I'm also looking to branch into other genres of writing.
