I do suffer from depression and anxiety. I did just wanna say this. If you notice someone who you know or don't know is asking for help, help them. You may be their only hope in life. If you notice cuts on their body, don't and I mean DON'T shame them for that. They are struggling and are trying to live through life. Talk to them and make them feel welcomed. I know how it feels because I was and still am one of those people.
