As a lover of movies, games, and television, I've always enjoyed good story telling. As a young child and teenager, when I was playing a game or watching a movie, I found that I could be sucked into any good story. I also found that a part of my mind lingered with the stories long after they were over. The one thing that has always driven me crazy is the absence of a completed story. While I can agree that the endings of some stories are meant to remain ambiguous or incomplete, I always prefer to have stories come to a solid end. However, this belief is in no way meant to diminish the quality of a story or the characters therein.

Even as I was watching television shows and movies or playing video games, I found myself creating scenes in my head to fill in the blanks of the stories and characters that I was attached to. After taking a class on Film Analysis in high school, I began to think of all forms of story telling not only three-dimensionally, but also flexibly. I began to think about what is in the head of various characters rather than restricting my knowledge to what comes out on film or in paper.

I was always hesitant to start writing because my writing skills in school were nothing special. After I got into college, I decided that if I was going to pursue Fanfiction as a hobby, I wanted to know that I could do it well and have fun at the same time. 

As I began writing more and more, I learned about different forms of writing and also the focus that I could put on different aspects of a story. I have always tried to keep the stories I have written as canon as possible prior to the announcement, reveal, and release of a sequel, prequel, or spin-off.
