Natalie Nathaniel

My name is Natalie Nathaniel. I live in Edmonton, Alberta and I've been writing since I was nine years old! I could go on and say that I have a certain vision that I would like to achieve. I could also go on and say that I'm confident in my writing and confident that It'll go somewhere. But I have to be honest. I ran into an old biography I made for myself when I was twelve. I wrote it assuming that I would be a famous author by the time I was 19. Now I'm 20, about to turn 21 and feel like my dream is slipping between my fingers ever so quickly. It has been hard to face the reality that most authors do not get anywhere. If I were to be published I would most likely be making 100 dollars a year, at most. So, here I am, searching desperately again for some kind of creative outlet for my work. I've realized that dreams may never be achieved but if you don't try you will never truly be happy. I feel satisfied knowing that someone will read my novels, even if I will never be a famous author that I once dreamed of being.
