Dan has been writing novels and scripts for nearly ten years. He has two completed novels, both fantasy, both very different. His first is Glengoric: The Blood of Tremain, is set in both the real world and the barbaric, magical land of Glengoric. His second novel, Don't Give Up, Tom Drake, is a love story set in London. He is currently finishing his third novel, a comedy-fantasy called Diary of a Knackered Middle-Aged Superhero. He has also written a five part radio drama which is currently being considered for broadcast by the BBC this year. Dan has won the Open Door short script competition for his script, Late Night Quiet, which was also a finalist at the New Renaissance Film Festival. He has also been in the top five per cent of BBC Writers' room submissions numerous times.  He has completed the Into the Woods course by John Yorke and the Aaron Sorkin Masterclass. He is currently developing a period radio drama based on the life of John Kent, the UK's first black police officer.
