R.J. Lockhart

As a Mother of four now grown children, I put my dreams on hold to raise and homeschool (some of them)... I wrote poetry and worked on my own art during motherhood... but since my last born joined the Marines and left on deployment, I started working on my first book (which might I add, I finished at the beginning of 2019).   My dreams are just now starting to turn into reality!  I have a poetry book in the thoughts, as well as book two to my series "The Imaginings Saga".  I would like to use this site to post some of my work as I write (chapter by chapter) for fun for others entertainment and practice for myself :).  
I also dabble in graphic art (Adobe based), photography, sketching/drawing, coloring (Colored pencils, watercolor, etc..) and a little bit of painting. I even enjoy some karaoke from time to time... so art is my world (As I know it is for most of you on here).  All that being said... I truly look forward to reading other's work on here and visa versa!
