I began writing at the end of 2016. They diagnosed my wife with cancer two weeks before Christmas, a life-changing moment. As the end of the year approached, I began.

As my wife had chemotherapy, I began typing. Every day I wrote and I read to her, something that was a distraction and helped in the face of the abyss. We laughed, we cried, it became our norm. In the space of a month, I had written over half a million words, my first story. Weeks later, the best news. The treatment was successful and the cancer in remission.

From that day onwards, I kept writing and branched outwards. Nine books and over five million words later, I'm still going. Even to this very day I write and still read to her. I wrote for my wife with the intention of never sharing with anyone else. After much convincing and encouragement, she hopes others can love my stories as much she adores them.
