Jackson is still the kanima and he recognises Stiles as his new master. But no one knows that yet. Stiles and Jackson start getting really really closer. Jackson doesn't go to London with his parents instead he stays in beacon hills. Stiles start's helping Jackson control his kanima side. Jackson and Lydia's relationship is now nonexistent. Jackson is a werewolf who hunts other supernatural creatures to protect humans humans like stiles. he works with Sam and Dean. when Sheriff Stiles's adopted father dies and Scott realizes that Derek and stiles are still "hooking up" even though Derek and Scott are together Scott kicks Stiles out of the pack and stiles is out walking and gets attacked buy a rogue vampire. Only to be saved by his brothers and Jackson.

Stiles ,being the only human able to keep track with a pack of Supernaturals, is going to be a lot more busier in his day to day pack life. In his senior year, Stiles is thinking about going for the FBI program Scott's dad offered him after senior year and he starts to plan on how he would survive living alone in a unfamiliar place. Unbeknownst to him, after a Blood moon , the packs werewolf males start to undergo changes. Their senses are heightened, they're able to control their rage better than before and are stronger. Unfortunately, all of them are drawn to a certain house by the scent of coffee , rain and freshly cut grass. The scent is unfamiliar yet alluring and while in their trance, they race towards the source of the scent. They snap back to reality and see themselves in a certain human's room. A certain human who is planning to go away after senior year while the rest of them stay in Beacon Hills. While they're trying to figure things out, other Supernaturals start to appear and things are about to get a whole lot messier.

Before the final fight against the dark druid and Deucalion, Stiles finds a grimorie of black magic into Jennifer's things. She ends up using it to save the life of Cora, Ethan and Aiden. Avoiding Derek of having to give up his alpha powers and Scott from becoming an alpha. Later when Derek announced that there should be a pack night, after all the events, Stiles tells them all that she doesn't want to be part of a pack that doesn't respect her and leaves the loft. With this new powers found Stiles starts a travel of self discovering, and begins finding out secrets of her family history that her mother kept hidden. But she doesn't go alone, no she leaves with a new-old friend and during her trip makes two new friends that will change her life.
