But after stealing something Jameson thought to be his saving grace, his head is not only wanted by the Dregs but by every man, woman, and child in the hubs of New Scab. As Jameson goes from each watering hole to the next he will meet unlikely allies, bargain with mercenaries, and enter a prostituted, drug induced, murderous, and rapist cultured place known as No Man's Land- a stretch of 70 kilometers along the eastern border New Scab's hub, Verbate. Jameson must rid of his bargaining chip before it kills him, but why do the Wastrels lust for it so? Jameson may succumb to his curiosities and research the relic before he lets it go.
