Buck is feeling pretty good about his life. His job is great, and he's surrounded by people who love him. He might not be talking to his parents, which is for the best, but he has Bobby and Athena for that, and he still has Maddie. Admittedly, he quit therapy because he didn't want to talk to a stranger about issues he didn't even trust Eddie with, but that hadn't made his life any worse, it had just made him a little more unstable. Maybe he's single and spends every minute of the day when he isn't at work at Eddie's, but that's okay because when he's there Eddie appreciates him, and Chris loves him, and Abuela and Pepa treat him more lovingly than they do Eddie. And maybe Eddie treats Buck in a way that makes him feel less single and more taken, but none of his exes ever treated him as well as Eddie, so it's probably nothing, right? So, yeah. Maybe Buck's life is a mess. Maybe he isn't having a good time and has no idea what's going on. But Eddie knows. Eddie always knows.
