Bartholomew's quiet evening is interrupted by an unexpected visitor with a story to tell and a pilgrimage to complete. Addendum Author's Note: It wasn't until after publishing this story that I became aware that the concept of a fourth Magi was written about by Henry Van Dyke in 1895. The idea for my piece came out of a conversation with work colleagues and it was crafted over the following 3 days, into what you can read here. I offer deference to Mr. Van Dyke (although I have yet to read his work) and I am pleased to offer an alternative to his ideas - no aspect of his story was directly drawn upon during the process.
