I guess if my choices are poor and alone in the city or less poor and alone in the valley, maybe moving is worth a shot. Cassandra has always lived in the city. As a matter of fact, the only time she ever left was when she would spend parts of her summers with her grandpa as a child. He owned a large plot of land in a middle of nowhere town called Stardew Valley. When Cassie's life situation becomes, less than ideal, she decides, with a little help from her late Grandpa, that it's her turn to try life in the Valley. Since the little money she has stretches a lot farther there than it does in the city, and she has nothing to lose (other than the only life she's ever known) Cassie decides to move into her grandfathers old cabin and start fresh. Turns out living in Stardew Valley is nothing like she could have anticipated. The people there are... not what she expected.
