The silent of the night. The quiet ticking of a clock. The noiseless dripping of a faucet. The darkness in the streets. Comes to an end. Bit by bit does Isabelle find out her child, Shaun, is being followed. Hacked. And killed. The mysteries of it all come down to one thing. The balloons. The candy. The dreams. Nothing could make more sense. The killer is a clown. It is known as a serial killer. He brings death to children, giving them balloons full of candy, and bags full of toys. It doesn't seem that harmful at all, but everyone knows, something is up with the stuff he gives. And the stuff they eat. Death upon death, it happens every night. He goes down the neighborhood to give a child their worst fear of all. A slow, painful death. He chops off their limbs, hanging them on the wall, but making no sound what so ever. It's like a peaceful night that becomes a horror, but not a peep is made during the bloody murder. To him, it's nothing better than to hear the cries of a dying child.
