Tempus Fugit is a play about two budding artists: Drew Summers, a twenty eight year-old best-selling writer, and Jessica Parkinson, a twenty four year-old theater-turned-movie actress. They are in a restaurant, spending another lunch, before Jessica’s shoot for a short film. With not much to talk about, Drew shares a few parts of the novel he is currently working on. As time flies (the Latin phrase of which is where the title of the play is based), the two discover more about themselves and each other. Well, mostly on Jessica’s part. Arguments arise, and the two become more daring as to what secrets they should reveal to each. The result was a shocking revelation. Author's note: Tried to submit this for Palanca but...I kinda backed out 'cause of nerves.
