I decided to make another mental health journal since my last one made it to 100 parts and I decided I really enjoy doing these. It helps me with my depression and since I don't go to counseling anymore I'll do this to improve my mental health and try to be more positive with myself. I still get moments where I want to cut or want to kill myself but I have to stay strong and not let those negative thoughts take over. I have to try to stay positive.
