Justice comes at a cost. The Unification of the Majority is led by the charismatic, and supposedly independent, Madison. Her group works for the better treatment of peasant laborers, who are the building blocks of their society. When Madison finds herself about to be falsely represented on vital documents, the only way to stop them from being processed is by getting her hands on them, which she cannot do alone. Gideon, her secret and cowardly right-hand man, goes with her to the party, and as circumstance may have it, finds himself in a position where he is the only one who can put an end to the criminal activity. This short story explores self discovery, and having bravery even when it seems to late. It is the the introduction to possibly something larger.
