An orphan starving girl who has been abused by her own father, is still grateful, but noone understands why she feels content after what has demolished her life. Most of the time we take our lives and wonderful things for granted right? It's daunting that some of us turn a blind eye to the less fortunate people who would be willing to die to live in our lives for 1 day. Some of us turn a blind eye to the luckiness surrounding us while always wanting endless stuff, but that's okay and we can improve our feelings and perceptions. I believe everyone deserves to love themselves and feel grateful at times, furthermore I'm happy to publish this poem
