And he planted a garden westward in Eden, a place of harmony and beauty, blooming flowers, and peaceful life. Paradise. Whispers between the silence of the night, the spoken word of the silence of a dream. Itself borrowed from the Phoenician equivalent daleth, the soulful one. A sunlight on a stream, awakening full of dread rather than paradise. When leaves fall in slow drifting whirls, and the shapes of the trees are revealed. Living life through the cold of death, pulse for pulse, breath for breath. Innocence dies screaming, a man makes a choice and the choice is what makes him man. The way light and darkness mix underneath the skin, creating a storm. You don't see the lightning, but you see the aftermath, the echoes. "Have you ever wished you were a sleeping star, hidden miles away and never found?" Pabu was a sanctuary, and eden. After a year of settling down, Clone Force 99 is contacted by their brother, saying the Empire is on the hunt for them once again, through an imperial project that would eradicate the squadron. Project Stellarsphere, they called it. Upon realizing Pabu is no longer safe for them, they evacuate immediately, heading towards new coordinates until Pabu is safe once again. When they arrive, they decide to do some investigating on what the Empire is planning for the galaxy. During their research, however, they discover something more disturbing than they could imagine. Project Starscream.

Tech has been scouring the net for a certain hyperdrive component that he cannot replicate himself, forced to outsource it from elsewhere. The comparative diagnostics and efficiencies of the Marauder all sound like a foreign language to you, but according to him, this component will make all the difference in their urgent jumps to light speed. He decides to bring you along to keep him company, effectively bringing him closer to you.

In a perfect galaxy, they ALL could have lived happily ever after in peace... Something every single one of them deserved considering the chaotic, brutal, and tumultuous lives they had lived. If only the galaxy was such an ideal and picturesque place. My little tribute in honor of The Bad Batch now that the final episode has aired... Some fluff... I really love and appreciate The Bad Batch in so many ways. The show truly resonated with me (as well as many others)... It's incredibly powerful when a work of art is able to evoke such reactions and emotions. Not often do I get so attached to characters like I did with the members of the Batch. I'm going to miss this series a lot! -Slight SPOILERS for the finale in this upcoming blurb : DO NOT READ unless you've seen TBB series finale!!! I'm uploaded this to Ao3 on May 1st, 2024 - aka the day the series finale was released... The vast majority of this was written before the last episode aired... I am posting this story after having watched it though... Due to that, I had no idea what tone the ending would be while writing this. I wrote this in an effort to manifest a happy ending for the Batch (therefore naturally Tech being included), as well as to have something wholesome to think about if things didn't go the way they did. After watching the finale, I added some additional aspects. I am very touched by the way the show ended, so this story will be somewhat of an AU I guess. Overall, it was a brilliant conclusion to an extraordinary show... Too bad it's not a "perfect" galaxy... Please let me know your thoughts! Hope you enjoy! :)

Tech noticed something peculiar when The Bad Batch were on a routine supply run; something he's not seen since before the Jedi Purge when he defended The Republic alongside force-wielding warriors. You should have known better than to use your abilities in such a public marketplace, but you're glad it sparked the beginning of a new alliance.

A bad day at home turns into a worse time at work until it feels like you're over encumbered with unattainable expectations demanded by the people around you. You and Tech have been getting more acquainted lately. Much to the displeasure of Hunter and he isn't even trying to hide it. You unintentionally exacerbate things within your little triangle when you close the gap between yourself and your goggle-headed admirer by bonding over your favorite hobby. Tech takes it a step further by getting creative and making it a little more personal. After all, what is an artist to do with such a compelling muse, as well as an accompanying canvas, fit and primed for painting. You only hope this enterprise goes off without a hitch.

Onyx and the Bad Batch's adventures continue after the harrowing events of Kamino. New trials and tribulation begin for them as they navigate a new era of the galaxy. I'm obsessed with TBB (Dad Batch). This show means everything to me and I'm so sad it's over. I entered high school with the batch and I ended high school with them.
