Ezekiel, summoner-slash-tracker for hire has been given an important job by an important nobleman from the capital. To find spellcasters who can perform an ancient, magical number-one said to only be managed by a spelldancer and a spellsinger with the secret knowledge, skill and magic. Given that this piece is said to have been last performed three centuries ago, Ezekiel expects to find some troubles in his quest. Seeing ghosts is normal for me. Ever since I can remember, I've seen them in the world around me. Not only that, but I can interact with them. Ever beaten a ghost in a fight? I have. Multiple times actually. Since moving to Goldrush Valley, I've seen plenty more. My family had never really taken me seriously, until they started seeing them too. Goldrush Valley is one of the few places in our world that normal people can see them. Not interact like me, but they see them. Our world contains many special things. Most are like me and can see ghosts, but I've never met another person who can interact with them like I can. My life is full of ghosts, but other than that, I'm a fairly normal girl. Especially in Goldrush Valley. Though I'm still different. I'm not sure how exactly, but I am. (this story and all of the characters belong to me. It originated from a random thought of ~ I wonder what would be scarier, seeing and hearing ghosts, or just hearing them?
