In a modern-day Ketterdam, Kaz Brekker is just trying to get along with his 'perfect, loving family' (They aren't.) This is a retelling of the musical Next to Normal with our favorite Crows- and a big brother- along for the ride! I have of course changed some things from the musical to fit in more with the characters of the Crows, but the basic plot will be the same! No need to know the show either, it's a full story in and of itself!

Join the whole crew, villains and all, in a story about them if they went to high school in the modern world! Of course, the places they live will be called the same and the languages and such, but it will be in our world! (Of course with Kanej, Wesper, and Mattina). Disclaimer: I don't own any of these characters save for a few. Please remember that.

I've been living vicariously through fictional characters for as long as i remember , I learnt to watch the world through their perspective. Without even realising, they became a much larger part of me. Poetry has always been an expression of love for me. It has given me a sense of compassion and identity. The two collided and that's when I decided to write a book which compiles the perception of world through the eyes of my favourite fictional characters. I read about them as they fell in love, I read about them as they were wronged , I read about them as they died and I read about them as they healed. I hope you like this compilation of their stories and I hope i do justice to all the characters that are now my found family
