Resolving Stories

(For the Musically Competition) "a single moment of misunderstanding is so poisonous that it makes them forget all the happy moments they've spent together throughout their lives..." Four years after their divorce, Dev Dixit and Sonakshi Bose come face-to-face again, her with a three-year old girl, and him apparently with six girlfriends. With both of them seeming to have moved on and forgotten their past, will this unexpected meeting add fuel to the hatred and misunderstandings between them or will it rekindle the love that still exists deep down somewhere in their hearts? Have Dev and Sonakshi really learned to live without each other, or is their happy life after moving on from each other just a pretence? Read this one-shot to find out. It did take long for me to realize that right at that moment I have met my soulmate. He slowly put his hands on my waist and reach my hands to place on his shoulder as we continued to sway and follow the beat of the slow music. "Don't you feel like what we are doing now, is something that we used to do?" He says as he stares at me. "I do." I said, "It seems as though we've been together for so long."

She came to him one day. Falling, tumbling, stumbling out of her lofty place in the sky into his lower place in the depths. She was beautiful. Her silky white wings were rare for her kind. An angel- that was what humans called them. It was pretty apparent to every other creature on earth that angels don't just fly around in broad daylight fishing in the Bira Sea. Her people were the Kinnaras, and they hated his people, the Magindaras, as they likewise felt for their people. This unrest had been going on for many moon cycles, long before he had even been born. That, however, did not deter his emotions for her. And there she fell. Again. As she had so long ago. However, there will be no holding back this time. He will not screw up as he foolishly did last time. He was far more prepared this time around. This time there will be no end. Finally she and him will be together. What if she wanted her own say in this? Too bad, she used that last time, no more talking. If she wanted to say something, she could tell him that she loved him.

Anaya, trying to balance her life finds love with the new kid in town. They quickly spark up a connection and begin this romantic endeavor. Unfortunately, things do not work out and Anaya is left with a question for herself to answer and with the goodbye that she wanted.
