However she is a extremely talented skateboarder. She skates at the local skate park almost everyday after school. One day she bumps into Lapis Lazuli, the popular school girl most dreamed of being friends with... after that one small exchange of words they had they seem to find each other everywhere, school, hallway, skatepark, restaurants, etc. Lapis has always wanted to know how to skateboard, so she takes lessons from the schools skateboarding nerd, Peridot O'Neill. Lapis a Girl in highschool run's into a girl named Peridot, She passes it as a first encounter but they have the same class's but never noticed each other till now. It's a chance for a new friend..... Peridot won't be so lonely anymore and Lapis wont shame herself for anything anymore. They can be good friend's they just have to have the courage to talk to each other.

Lapidot is my OTP, and personally, my fav ship is Steven Universe. This is a Human/Highschool AU. (There Probably will me some Smut and such in this story btw!) This is my first ever fanfic...so anything that could help me get better is more than Welcome! (Don't own the cover art or the characters!)

my friends are making me write 1000's word short stories sooo mind as well make it lapidot

This is an AU where Peridot did not escape in the escape pod and was also in the ship crash and saw Lapis when she tried to protect the others and dove in to keep her from putting herself through that. They ended up fusing but that also means they're now refugees in hiding. This au was originally made in my oneshots book but thought the stories were too good to just stand alone so I'm dedicating a whole book to them. Enjoy!
