This is fan made! Hi, I am a huge jopper fan and i wanted to make a story about it. Now some of the references in this story are from stranger things some are not. Also I will be using Joyce's point of view since we tend to get Hopper's in the show more if you know what i mean. Things have changed in Hawkins ever since "The Fall of Hawkins". While the fires were gone, the gate was gone, and everyone who was missing was found dead or alive, many were gone forever. Like Eddie Munson. Or maybe Max Mayfield who is in a coma at the moment. Months have passed and most people have forgotten about it. Dustin was still upset about Eddie and the others were still worried. It's now December, 1986.

Back again in our own version of season 3 who are joined by the It kids. They don't just have the Demogorgon to worry about , they have the Mind Flayer and a whole new threat. Not to mention the past is brought up, but this isn't something that can be so easily changed. New numbers? New ships? New problems? New deals?

After they graduate high school, Hopper gets drafted to go fight in Vietnam. He tells Joyce in a letter. Her inner turmoil with her conflicting feelings lead her to write a letter. A series of letters Joyce writes to Hopper as she continues to live without him.

i cant get over eddie meeting joyce and joyce basically adopting that boy even if hes 20 THIS WOULD SEEM SUPER DRAWN OUT IF IT WERE ALL ONE CHAPTER SO IM SPLITING IT UP IDC extra info: im not too sure if any ships are going to be super prominent and they might up just being implied. the most notable ones would be steddie, byler, and jopper. i personally headcanon El as an Aroace lesbian so if a mileven breakup ends up being mentioned, dont worry, El wont take it too hard
