Garden City is being haunted by a serial killer. The Owl, the local vigilante has been bent on finding the killer, known as "The Reaper." Meanwhile, a young girl tries to search for identity, as well as hide the wings on her back. The investigation drives her to find out who her father really is, and how the city must be saved. As she digs deeper, identities will be revealed, emotions will be stirred, and faith will be shaken.
