" How do you know where it is ?" I asked curiously as we walked out of his room quietly .
"There is only one map of the underworld in the world and only my father has it , it's like his prized possession. He keeps it framed in his room above his bed"
"Isn't it risky to have it so out in the open ?"
"My father is the God of Revenge and Punishment, there isn't a sane creature on this earth that would dare steal from him"
"Dont remind me" I sighed , dread and fear making me feel slightly sick .
I knew I was taking a huge risk , a risk that if I was caught it could land me in an enormous amount of trouble. Not to mention I would have to explain why I stole it as my parents weren't stupid , I wouldn't steal something like that unless I had too.
It was stupid , reckless and dumb but I couldn't not help Rosie. Her family had been slaughtered and after I gave her the map she would leave me alone , I could move on with my life as if it hadn't happened.
Although , I couldn't say the same for my parents as my mother had been devastated but she needed to know.
"Zara and Celina are in the training room but they sometimes come up to this floor to patrol . Go and distract them whilst I get the map . Meet me back in my room in 15 minutes and if I'm not in my room by then , go home . It means I was caught" Enzo whisper hissed , his green eyes boring into my purple ones .
"Okay" Taking a deep breath, I grabbed his hand and said " Be careful " before sprinting down to the training room .
Zara and Celina were twin witch's who had a habit of finishing each other sentences which could be extremely annoying but they were funny, kind and not to mention unbelievably powerful. They looked like they could be supermodels with their 5'10 slim stature , flawless dark chocolate skin, large yellow eyes, dimples and wild Afro hair that framed their faces like a lions mane .
"Room for one more?" I asked, standing in the doorway .
"Oh! Look who-"
"It is! Our favourite baby-"
"Half human and -"
"Half God" Finished Celina , waving me in.
"I've not seen you guys in forever , how are you ?" I asked, my tone genuine because I really had missed them and their chaotic energy .
"It's kind of hard to-"
"Come around when Sapphire-"
"Hates us and as she's always at your house -"
"With Aztec, we don't feel welcome"
"What is with that anyway ? Why does she hate you so much ?"
"Oh, we fucked him" They both chimed with a grin.
My jaw dropped open in shock as I tried to process what they said , they had fucked Uncle Aztec ? And We?
Had they done it together ?
Had it been separated times ?
My mind was a whirlwind of questions but I couldn't gather a sentence so I settled for looking back and fourth between them in genuine disbelief.
"Since when ?!" I exclaimed , after a few minutes of silence .
"Before he knew-
"He was mated to her! We aren't -"
"Homewreckers. Although , your uncle -"
"Was extremely talented with his mouth-"
"Fingers and-"
"Okay! Thank you , I get the picture !" I interrupted hastily, stopping Zara in her tracks before I threw up in disgust .
However , I had to admit that it was an interesting discovery and made me wish that Aztec had mated with the twins instead. They were so easy to get along with unlike Sapphire who wasn't shy to make her snide rude comments, but she wasn't all bad. She was actually nice when she let her facade drop now and again.
After a quick catch up with the twins, I made my way back to Enzo's room with sweaty palms and an erratic heart as I prayed to the Goddess of Luck for his success at taking the map.
Luckily , my fears were all unnecessary as he stood in the middle of the room with a triumphant grin with a large piece of brown parchment clutched in his hand .
"You did it!" I grinned .
"Yes and you owe me a kiss"
"Of course" I nodded solemnly before pressing a quick kiss on his cheek and snatching the map from him .
"Are you fucking kidding me?" Hissed Enzo, his eyes darkening in anger .
"I didn't specify the kiss" I shrugged .
"I risked my ass getting that map and some lame kiss is how you repay me ?"
"Don't try and make me feel like -"
"Oh cut that lame fake feminist innocent bullshit , you knew what type of kiss I wanted and you played on it . If you're going to be a cock teasing bitch then admit it , don't hide behind some mask" He scoffed.
Cock teasing bitch?
"I've already warned you about how you talk to me , watch yourself" I snarled , instinctively getting into a defensive crouch .
I had definitely inherited my fathers temper .
"Or what ? I'm not only half God, I'm a quarter witch. You need to watch your mouth" He snorted , looking at me in amusement.
"I don't have time for you and your ego trips. Fuck you , fuck your powers and fuck your room" And with a click of my fingers, I set his room on fire and teleported back home .

Three days had passed since I got the map from Chaos and it was now Saturday night, in five hours time I would have to meet Rosie and give it to her. I had been on edge for the last few days , convinced Chaos would have discovered the missing map and take it back off me and thus , ruining everything .
I had assumed Enzo had fashioned something similar to go into the place of the map to make sure his father wasn't suspicious which I was grateful for . Not that I would ever tell him that after he had spoken to me like that , he was out of line and he was lucky I hadn't set him on fire instead .
Nevertheless, things at home hadn't gotten any better either , in fact, they seemed to be worse. Ivan and Gabriel weren't talking and it put me in an awkward position , we had never fell out like this before and I didn't know what to do . However , all the worrying about the map had me too anxious to be able to take a stance and make them make up .
Not to mention , dad still hadn't come home and mom was like a ghost as she only left her room to cook for us and barely said a word . It was awful and I couldn't help but feel guilty , was it my fault ? Should I have just kept quiet?
I hadn't seen or spoken to Hadrian since the party five days ago, I had barely even thought about him and I knew he was probably busy with his pack duties. There was nine days left until I would be presented as the official Luna of the pack and he had lots of Alpha in training things to attend to as the time got nearer.
Naturally , I found myself missing his warm embrace , hazel eyes and dimples. He reminded me of home and simple times when Enzo , Rosie and my dads secrets hadn't existed. Hadrian always bought me comfort and knew how to calm me down and that's how I made the decision at 9pm that I would sneak out and go and see him .
If my father was here , he would have sensed me leaving so I was thankful he wasn't , he made sneaking out impossible .
I managed to teleport to the edge of the thick tropical forest where the Blacks territory began as they had thick wards that made it impossible to teleport anywhere nearer. It would be patrolled by the Betas/ warriors of the pack who were strong and fast with the ability to heal within the next 10seconds of being injured and could withstand any climate.
They only needed to sleep once a week at a minimum and they could only be killed in battle ( which was a blessing from the Goddess of Wolves) which made them invincible to anything else, although they only lived up to 500years . They were only 50 of them .
Stephan's father was the head of the warriors / Betas and Stephan would take his place once Hadrian became Alpha of the pack .
As expected , a range of large beady eyes were visible in seconds at the edge of the forest once I had teleported and then a large horse sized wolf with curious hazel eyes and midnight black fur walked out .
Hadrian .
The rest of the wolves seemed to disappear and I closed my eyes as he transformed back into human and quickly threw on a pair of shorts.
"Zia, is everything okay ?" He asked, his tone on high alert and his body tense as if waiting on some incoming attack .
The moonlight shone down on his muscular body and his tribal tattoo flickered in the light , give it an almost supernatural hue and I couldn't help but appreciate just how gorgeous he really was .
"I think I need your help" I admitted softly .
"Of course , tell me" He breathed , grabbing my hand and staring into my eyes with concern .
Taking a deep breath , I explained everything that happened minus the part of Rosie catching Enzo and I in a compromising position, although my palms started to sweat when I came to that part.
"She hurt you"
"W-what?"
Hadrian's eyes had turned into a startling vibrant yellow colour , a telltale sign that his wolf was close to the surface and his voice has dropped into a low rumbling husk .
It was undeniably scary but I couldn't help the sudden wetness that flooded between my legs , what was wrong with me ?
Why did I find it so hot?
"She made you bleed. I'll kill her" He snarled viciously , his hold on my arms tightening .
"Yeah" I breathed out , my eyes slightly glazing over .
Suddenly , Hadrian froze and after a second he took a curious sniff before taking a deeper one and letting out a growl that made my knees feel weak .
Hadrian was always so composed and collected , seeing him on the verge of losing control was very very sexy . He was all Alpha right now.
"You smell so good baby, so delicious" He purred softly before he roughly grabbed the nape of my neck and tilted my head to the side so he could see the side of my neck .
His large hands stroked my neck , his thumb pressing over the spot where he would mark me as his at the Luna ceremony as he said " Its taking me everything in my power to not mark you now , you're making it impossible. Standing there, smelling like you've got heaven between your legs and looking so fucking sexy . I want to bend you over and -"
"Do it!" I blurted out without thinking , pressing my body closer to his.
"That what you want baby? For me to fuck you right here ? On the forest floor?" He rumbled , his eyes shining .
"A-anything you want" I whispered, biting my lip softly .
There was a part of me that wanted to completely surrender to him and be submissive , at this moment there wasn't anything I wouldn't let him do to me .
"Good girl" He praised before roughly pushing me against the tree and attacking my mouth with passion .
The kiss was rough , messy and hot . He dominated it and claimed it as his own, his tongue not leaving an inch uncovered and I couldn't help but moan into his mouth .
He had been holding out on me.
"Hadrian!" Barked a stern and commanding tone behind us which made us both freeze .
It was Samuel Black, Hadrian's father .
Samuel Black stood at 6'4 with soft brown hair , coal black eyes and always looked serious , I don't even think I had ever seen the Alpha smile or look relaxed .
"You need to get away from Zia before you hurt her"
"I wouldn't ever hurt her , she's my mate" Hadrian hissed out , standing in front of me protectively .
"Your wolf is in control, get away from her before I make you" Came his fathers deadly cool tone .
"Hadrian , it's fine . Go with your father" I murmured softly.
"No way , what about Rosie ? You can't go alone"
"I don't know who this Rosie is but if you go anywhere in this state you'd end up mating Zia so it's out the question"
My face felt incredibly hot at his fathers words and I wanted to ground to swallow me whole as embarrassment flooded it's way into my body .
"I'll go with her to see this Rosie , I'll protect her with my life H" Vowed Nylah, coming out of the trees.
After a beat of silence , Hadrian finally nodded and agreed to let me go with his twin before transforming into a wolf and disappearing into the forest .

"Look, I don't trust this girl at all and I feel like there's some things you're leaving out but as future Luna of the pack , you have my full protection . However , that means if I feel like you're in danger , I will kill her . No ifs or buts" Nylah said , her tone deadly serious .
"I'm half God, I'm not a hopeless damsel in distress Nylah" I replied , rolling my eyes.
"Yet you came to my brother for help, you can't be half independent Zia. You wanted back up and now you've got it" Nylah snorted as we made our way to Rosie's meeting spot .
"I didn't need his help , he's my mate , I wanted to inform him what was happening" I frowned , not fond of her condescending tone .
"If you insist" was her annoying response .
Giving her a half hearted glare, I took a deep breath and knocked softly on the door that resided in the vampire realm .
"What is that doing here ?" Rosie demanding , her lips curling in disgust at Nylah.
"Listen you bottom feeding leech ugly big faced bitch , I'm trying my hardest to be civil . Either ignore that I'm here or I will literally transform into a wolf and swallow you whole , understand?" Nylah asked , her tone casual as if she was talking about the weather .
Rosie gave her a look filled with so much a venom that I was surprised Nylah didn't turn into dust before abruptly turning around and storming off .
We followed her down towards the basement where Selma was sat in the middle of a giant a circle made from shattered glass with a book and a knife in her hand.
However , what took me by surprise was an anxious Raven who was stood awkwardly in the corner of the room , her Amber eyes filled with worry .
"Raven! What the hell are you doing here ?" I exclaimed, unable to mask my shock.
"You didn't invite the human?" Rosie asked curiously .
"Of course not! You're a vampire , one that feeds on humans ! I would never" I replied incredulously .
"Yes but she's fat , her blood is probably pumped full of sugar . No thanks , I'm on a diet" Rosie sniffed , casting Raven a disgusted look.
I opened my mouth, about to warn her what would happen if she continued to say things that were rude and genuinely untrue but Raven rushed over and threw herself in my arms .
" I got Margret to track you and transport me here under some bull crap excuse , please don't be mad but I couldn't let you come here alone . You're my cousin and best friend" She explained quickly .
"I'm not happy about this Raven but thank you , I appreciate your concern and -"
"Yes , yes . Hand over the map . It's almost 2am and we have to start the ritual !" Rosie interrupted.
Giving her a dirty look , I gave Selma the map and sat in silence watching what was about to occur.
Pressing what looked like a silver coin in the middle of the map , Selma began to chant " ostende mihi viam, ostende mihi viam, ostende mihi viam, ostende mihi viam" .
Each time she said it , the room seemed to get darker and the shadows began to get thicker until the room was in pitch black darkness and the temperature chilling .
And then suddenly the room was a bright white and a man appeared who had caramel coloured skin with blood red eyes , curly brown hair and every inch of his body and face was covered in inky black complicated looking tattoos .
"I am Zelo, minor God of Death and guide of the underworld . Touch my hand and we shall go" He said with a thick accent that resembled the human Australian one .
"We're not coming , only the vampire and witch are" I rushed out as he took a step towards us with outstretched hand .
However , Rosie pushed Raven who stumbled into Zelos hand and thus disappearing before saying " Welp if you want to help you human friend you better come too" before touching Zelo and disappearing herself.
"That bitch!" I snarled out .
Looks like I was heading to the underworld .
