IZUKU'S POV STARTS
After All Might drops Aizawa-san and me at the Gate with the others, I quickly drop down on my knee and ready my equipment to tend the injuries of Eraserhead at the same time informing the pro-hero about any the information of the villains that I have gathered. When All Might is off to fight the villains, I'm still looking at the black hair hero try to diagnosis which one is the most life-threaten injury that needs to be treated immediately, and the most dangerous injure would be his broken and bend odd angle right elbow.
I softly press around his gapping elbow to feel the bones and I find out that both of his radius and ulna has nearly shattered along with his right joint as well as the missing skin and tissue of the unconscious hero.
'Luckily the nerves are fine or else the arm would only be a block of flesh that would never be used ever again.'
Wanting to start right away, taking out a scalpel, I quickly cut open his arm from below the armpit till the midsection of the arm. Then I carefully open up his tissue with my-
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING!??!?!"
"HEY!!! WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU DOING TO SENSEI!!!"
Some of the students start to yell out and I can hear some of them is rushing toward to stop me but I can't stop now, with his arm which is already opened up and if I'm wasting any more time then Aizawa-san's life would be in danger!!! So, with the most forcible voice, I could manage I say out loud
"I'm a doctor and you could see I have treated No.13 so either watching the fight or doing something useful like finding your other classmates and let me do my work!"
Already have been working on the miss-placed bones and the broken pieces of Aizawa's arm, I'm please at totally silent as I continue on with the surgeon. Wearing a clean doctor's rubber gloves, I emotionlessly stick my hand in the mass of goo, meat, and blood to relocate the ulna while the other clean hand is holding the forceps to pick out any of the broken pieces of bone.
'Do not want any infection or more damages to the tissue and muscle if just leave the pieces there'
Because of the swelling from the hurt muscles when the thing grabbed him so it slows down the blood flow enough for me to not using any clamps to stop the pumping of blood. When done, my gloves which were creamy white has dyed blood red, I quickly sew his tissue back as well as his skin then I secure it in a thick cocoon of bandages and two wooden planks on hand, to immobilize the injured. Then I inject an anesthetize into his arm for good measure.
'Okay!! That's done! He won't be wake up from pain when he regains his conscious.'
Tossing the bloody gloves away, I start to observe the fight below.
'The black creature is dangerous and I think it's brain dead or being mind control by the hand boi there.'
I try to think up any plans to defeat the thing but I could not, as I'm frowning (Bakugo: *whisper* pouting) in frustration, I hear the handyman says
"Why none my attack work? Is that what you are thinking?! *crazy laugh* Because NOMU here is having the best Shock absorption quirk~ the only way to damage it is to scoop out pieces by pieces of his guts thou if he lets you do it is another story!!!!"
Shocked at the quirk but pleased as my guess was right that the creature is possessing multiple quirks.

With a smirk and a newly formed plan, I quietly sneak away, trying to find the perfect spot to proceed with my plan.
IZUKU'S POV ENDS
BACK AT VILLAINS VS ALL MIGHT
"We win~"
Just as the hand villain finishes that, a loud bang rings out, silence everyone then repeated banging continues to ring out at every single place. The two smaller villains can not pinpoint where the sound is coming from as it is shooting at different angles as if they were surrounded. Suddenly, NOMU starts screaming its inhuman squeak as a storm of bullets rain down onto its brain and eyes, making it blind and loosen a bit of its grip on All Might's wound but the blond hero is still too much pained to break free.
Then simultaneously a loud explosive sound and ice cracking sound start. The students who are up at the Gate with their two injured Senseis call out in glee as two of their strongest of the class have come.
"TODOROKI!!! BAKUGO!!!!"
Then they see a flash of red rushes toward the hand man but is missed.
"KIRISHIMA!!!!!"
Bakugo, true to his words, is instant attacking the mist villain, right at the floating device with a devilishly grin
"Heh~ Just at I thought! Try anything and I would blow your a** to kingdom come!!"
'He found out about my weakness!!!'
The thought of the threatened villain as Kirishima who after the failed ambush, is standing near his bro, sweatdrop at the threat the Bakugo said to the villain
"Bro... that is not heroic!"
"SHUT IT!!!"
As for Todoroki, he has calculatedly angle his ice to only frozen the NOMU thing, not hitting All Might at all which further loosen its grip, and now the pro-hero can free himself out of the trap with a hard kick in the frozen part of the creature.
Like always, with an air of coldness to him, Todoroki says while glaring at the villains
"The Symbol of Peace won't go down that easily by the like of you clowns."
Behind a rock not far from them is a figure who is grinning ear to ear
'Kacchan!!! You're ok!!!'
Izuku wants to let him know that he is here but not wanting to expose his location to the enemy, he smiles as he raises his left hand.
"No funny business you da** shadow a**!! One move and you are dead meat!!"
While the blond teen is threatening the villain and tries to cover the device with his sweat in case, his eyes catch a beam of light that has a pattern to it.

With a click of his tongue, a feral grin spread onto his face as he shouts to All Might
"OI!!! ALL MIGHT!! STAY STILL!!"
A little startled and confused at the suddenness of it all, the number 1 hero stays still and two loud bangs ring out. None dare to move as their brain could not process what just happen.
Then All Might starts screaming in agony as his wound on his left abdomen is letting out smoke and he is brought down to his knees. Everyone and I mean every single one of them, even the villains are frozen stiff in shock at the down No.1 hero. Then all he1* breakthrough as screaming and wailing call out
"ALL MIGHT!!!!"
"WHY!?!?!?!?!"
