~Y/n's POV~
"I'm sorry, but I'm quitting."
"What? You can't just quit Y/n."
Luke started to I shouldn't leave. He started to yell at me for no reason. I started to get stress and was telling him I need to because of college. I then leave, with tears. I come back, at the age of 16. It was just a break. Reggie and Alex hug me first, then Luke.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to." Luke says, as he cries into my shoulder.
I calm him down.
"So, does this mean you joining the band?" Reggie asks.
That just turned into another fight. I was fighting with Luke and Alex was trying to calm Reggie down.
"THIS BAND IS NOT BACK AND IT NEVER WILL!!" I shout and Luke.
I regret those words everyday. that was a year ago. Now, I'm here in 2020, watching my parents do whatever. I just miss them. I sit next to my mom, watching her knit. I hear someone poof here. I turn around...
"Luke?"
~Luke's POV~
I was going to my parents house. I found it yesterday. I poofed there and saw someone sitting next to mom. They looked... familiar. They turn around.
"Luke?" Y/n says.
Tears fall down my eyes as Y/n ran to me to hug me.
"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to yell. I just-" I cut her off.
"It's fine." I say and hug her back.
We hug for awhile. Eventually, we let go of each other and sit at the dining table.
"So, How'd you die?" Y/n asks.
"O-Oh. Well..." I scratch the back of my head, "Maybe, me and the boys ate streetdogs."
"It's 'the boys and I' and what? You still eat that? I told you to stop eating it. Those, whatever you call it,"
"Streetdogs." I correct her.
"Whatever, I knew those would give you food poisoning." She says.
Then I realized, "I'm older than you."
"By a few months! My birthday happened a few months ago." Y/n exclaims.
"But still~" I say.
She just rolls her eyes.
~Time Skip~
I told Y/n everything. You know, about Julie and how people could see us when we sing together.
"That's how I got here too!" Y/n exclaims.
"Wait really?" I say.
~Y/n's POV~
"Yeah. There's this girl named Flynn who lives around here." I say. "Flynn has a best friend too, who was there when she found me. But I left her though, people were making fun of her because they thought I was just her imaginary best friend."
"Her name sound familiar." Luke says.
"So, can I see the others?" I ask and he nods, taking my hand and poofing.
"Dang, this place hasn't changed." I say looking around.
"Yeah." Luke says, getting comfortable on the couch.
"Hey Luke can you- Y/n?" I hear Alex say.
I turn around and give him jazz hands. Alex runs to me and hugs me.
"You're here!" Alex says with a grin and crushes me harder.
"You're going to kill me." I say dramatically.
Alex chuckles and lets go of me. I turn around and see Reggie just standing there, jaw dropped.
"You look better then I remember." Reggie says.
I chuckle, remembering how big of a crush Reggie has on me. I run to him, tackling him down to the ground, as I put my arms around him.
"Hi!!" I exclaimed.
"Years she hasn't seen me and thinks I'm a ghost. I'm her brother." Luke says and I roll my eyes.
"You are one and there's only one Reggie." Alex tells Luke.
Two girls that look vaguely familiar enter the studio.
"So this is Julie?" I ask Luke and he nods.
"Y/n?" I hear someone say.
"Flynn? What are you doing here?" I ask and I walk towards her where, I guess Julie was too.
"What are you doing here?" She asks.
"Wait, that's Y/n? I thought we were just imagining it." Julie says.
"Nope, im one-hundred percent real." I say.
"Wait, you know Julie?" Alex asks.
"Yeah. Her and Flynn like, summoned me? I guess. So they could see me." I reply.
"Wait, you know the boys?" Julie asks, pointing at them.
"Wait, the boys are here??" Flynn exclaims and straightens her backs and plays with her hair.
I ignore her and stand next to Luke, "Yup, and he," I inhale, "Is, disappointingly, my brother."
Luke glares at me.
"Luke is your brother? I knew he looked familiar." Flynn says.
"How do you know Julie and Flynn?" Alex asks.
"After I died, Julie and Flynn summoned me or whatever, years ago. They thought I was their imagination soo I didn't tell them I'm a ghost." I explained.
"Wait, does that mean I'm older than you?" Reggie says and I nod.
"I'm 45 but in a body of a 16 year old." I say.
"This is so weird." Julie says.
~Time Skip~
They were rehearsing for a gig while I was just watching. Babysitting teenagers is hard. I didn't think they would fight so much. I'm literally the glue of this friend group. Luke started telling Alex he was off then they started fighting. Julie got into the fight somehow and they started yelling. Reggie was in the corner, covering his ears.
"Guys, stop!" I shout at them.
"YOURE NOT APART OF THIS!!" They all shout at the same time.
I put my hands up in defense and walk over to Reggie. I'll calm him down first.
"Hey, Reggie, Buddy." I uncover his ears.
Reggie starts to sob and hugs me. We lean on the wall and slowly slides down it.
"Shhh, shh, it's okay, it's okay. I'm here." I say softly in his ear.
Reggie starts to breathe heavily. He puts his hand over his ears. Aww, poor baby. I put my hands over his and put my forehead against his.
"H-Hey, Reggie, breathe with me. Breathe." I say, trembling.
I don't like when this happens. It hurts me to see Reggie like this. Reggie barely cries. When they fight, I usually end it quickly and they never yell back at me. I feel tears fall down my cheeks. Reggie puts his head up and looks at me. He sniffles and wipes my tears. He kisses me forehead and weakly smiles.
"Princess should never cry."
I'm falling for him.
"Prince should never cry." I tell him and he weakly chuckles.
"Reggie, go to the house. I saw Ray in the kitchen." I tell him and give him a blanket.
"Ray?" Reggie says excitedly and I nod with a chuckle.
"I'll make them stop." I say, pointing at the yelling teenagers.
"Okay," He kisses my forehead, "Be careful. They're scary when they're mad."
I chuckle and kiss his cheek. Reggie blushes before he poofs away. I wipe the rest of my tears and sniffle before yelling, "STOPP!! ALL OF YOU!!"
They all look at me.
"Do you guys even know why you're fighting? Did you even see how hurt Reggie was? He was crying guys!! And he never does. So stop being CHILDISH AND STOP FIGHTING!!" They all nod, clearly scared and disappointed in themselves.
Julie goes inside her house to do homework.
"I'm going to check on Reggie." I say and they nod, smirking.
I roll my eyes and poof into the kitchen. I see Julie talking to Ray. She sends me a smile before going back to Ray.
"Hey, you Okay now?" I ask Reggie.
"Yeah. Now that you're here." Reggie says with a wink and I roll my eyes playfully.
"One thing I don't miss is your flirting." I tell him.
I didn't even know that Ray left and Julie was just watching us.
"Really? Because I was flirting with you the other day," He leans down, moves the hair behind my ear and whispers, "And it looked like you liked it."
"Hey! Hands off my sister." Luke says, pulling me away from Reggie.
"Dang, didn't know you were the protective type." I told Luke.
"Yeah, well you never dated anyone so..."
"Oh shut up." I smack him.
"Hey!" He shouted, "That hurt."
"That was fun to watch." Julie says and Alex nods in agreement.
"No it wasn't." Luke and I tell the two.
We all make a disgusted face.
"Don't Do that ever again." Alex says.
"Wasn't planning to." I reply.
~Time Skip~
I was with Flynn and Julie, in her room. Julie was just doing homework while I was reading a book and Flynn was on her phone. Julie takes out her earbuds.
"So, what's with you are Reggie?" Julie asks.
"Ooo, something happened?" Flynn says with a grin.
I put my book down, "Nothing. Why?"
"If you didn't notice, you were blushing like crazy after Reggie whispered something in your ear." Julie says with a smirk.
"Ooo looks like someone's got a crush." Flynn says.
"What? Nooooooooo." I say.
"It really did look like you enjoyed his flirting." Julie says.
"He has been doing it for years. I'm just used to it." I says and continued to read my book.
Flynn takes the book out of my hands, "You were reading it upside down. Just admit it. It might be weird to have a crush on your younger brother's best friend, but you can't control feelings."
"Yeah, and if you confident enough, you could tell him." Julie says.
"But what about-" Julie cuts me off.
"I'll take care of Luke."
Flynn and I glance at each other before saying, "OOOOOOOO!!"
"Oh shut up!"
~Time Skip~
I was in the studio myself. Then, Reggie poofs in, crying. I walk over to him and hugs him. I walk him over to the couch.
"Hey, what's wrong?" I tell him as I rub his back.
"I-I found my parents a-a-and they're still fighting." He stutters as he holds me.
"Hey, Hey, it's okay." I tell him.
Reggie jumps up, still crying.
"When is it ever okay Y/n?!" Reggie shouts.
I stay quiet.
"See?!" Reggie exclaims.
"I was just trying to help." I say softly
"Yeah, well I don't need your help." Reggie says harshly.
"I'm sorry my help isn't enough for you." I fight back.
"I hate you okay? I hate how you try to help but it doesn't do anything. I hate that you smile. I hate that you're a great singer. I HATE EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU!!" Reggie shouts at me.
"I'm sorry then. I'm sorry I'm not good enough about you. You didn't have to be rude about it." I told him.
"I just feel like you're leading me on. You're just playing with my feelings." Reggie says.
I walk up to him and make him face me.
"You don't hate me, do you?" I ask him.
Reggie sniffles and nods. I smile and kiss him. Reggie smiles and kisses back. We sit on the couch and y'know, kiss. We pull away for air and Reggie smiles.
"For your first kiss, that was good." Reggie says and I roll my eyes.
"Shut up."
"Soo, does this mean?"
"No, yeah, of course." I say.
"YESSSSS!!! FINALLY! Now get off of him, Y/n." Luke says.
"So you're okay with this?" I ask him.
"Yeah, of course I am." Luke turns to Reggie and points at him, "Hurt her, and Ill hurt you."
Reggie nods quickly, scared is he talks. I chuckle and shake my head at the two. Oh, this is gonna be fun.
