I am walking on the hallway, on my way to literature, it is the first class and Charlie picked me up earlier because he had some appointment or something.
I probably wasn't paying attention in where I was going, before I bumped into someone really hard and fell on my butt,there goes the floor kissing my butt. It hurts to fall on your butt so many times.
"Watch where you're going bitch!" He snapped.
When I looked up I saw Jeremy Corbyn, urgh,why does the universe hate me.
"I'm pretty sure it was half your fault as well,considering the fact that you ran straight into me also!" I snap back and get up.
"Well,well,look who it is! I don't see any of your boyfriends around, I'm sure they got fed up of you already,am I right!" This guy has some nerve.
I roll my eyes and walk pass him, he grabs my wrist and slammed me against the locker,I winced at the pain that shot up my spine.
His face was so close I could feel his breathing on my whole face,he smelled of smoke and beer.
It is early in the morning and this guy has smoked and drunk beer.
I could feel his breath on my neck.
"Let go of me Jeremy!" I try to squirm out of his grip but who am I kidding, this guy is built.
"And why exactly would I do that honey? I like you,I might just have some fun while both Charlie and Hunter aren't here,don't you think!" He smirked.
Other students were walking by and literally ignoring us.
All of a sudden Jeremy was pulled off me and thrown to the floor like he weight nothing.
"Stay the fuck away from her or I promise you I will ruin your life,and you will be so humiliated that your own family will disown you and you will commit suicide!" Hunter had him on chokehold and he sounded honest about his threat.
The moment Hunter let go,Jeremy ran for his life. Hunter turned to me and bend down to help me pick up my stuff.
"Stacey are you hurt?" He sounded pissed.
"I'm fine!" I reply shaky,that has never,ever happened to me.
He turned my face to him,he looked hurt and guilty, he leaned down and kissed me.
I know he was trying to distract me and honestly it was.
"Feeling better?" He asked, I smiled and nodded,I gathered my stuff and put it all in my bag.
"If he ever dares to come within a meter from you,I will kill him without thinking twice!" He said sincerely.
Hunter walked me to my next class and the he went to his.
This day has started way complicated, I just hope it doesn't carry on like that.
And trust me it carried on like that, during lunch Hunter was missing and with Charlie also not here, I didn't know where to go.
I was in the bathroom washing my hands when Millie walks in,she looks like hell.
"Stacey, please let me explain myself,I know we haven't talked for a long time but you need to let me explain!" Millie begged me,I snorted but let her carry on.
"I know you'll probably kill me after this." She said unsure." But it was because of Hunter." Instantly my face paled as the memory of him and Millie fighting crossed my head.
"He is using you Stacey! He doesn't love you,he's trying to get back at Charlie." She says with a guilty tone.
"So you think that you can vanish one day, and come back 2 weeks later and blame Hunter,you don't know him!" I snap at her and make my way out of the bathroom.
"Fine then,what do you know about him,has he ever told you anything about his time in new York! No he didn't, deep down you know I'm right!" Millie yelled down the hall.
I made my way to the library to think,it was kinda weird how I don't really know anything about Hunter. He has never said anything.
Maybe you should ask him.
What!!! No,there is no way I'm asking Hunter.
You need to find answers.
Maybe I should ask Charlie.
Not a bad idea actually.
I decide to message Charlie, but he isn't on so I decided to wait till I got home.
The bell rings,I groan and get out of my comfort zone.
I was able to avoid Hunter till the end of the day,the only problem was that I have to go home with him.
I walk to his car and he is already in it,scrolling through his phone.
I get in and instantly he lights up,he leans forward and kisses me,the moment he pulls away he stares at me.
"What's bothering you,because you have been avoiding me since lunch and I don't know why?" He asks as he starts the car.
"I'm just worried about the moving!" I say trying to sound as not as possible.
"Okay,now that we got the lying out of the way,why don't you tell me exactly what's bothering you!" He smirks.
I sigh,what on earth should I tell him.
What about the truth.
Have you gone mad,I can't just ask him the truth.
Well ,you can't lie neither, you are the worst liar on earth.
"It's just,I don't know much about you and it kinda bothers me,because I really like you and I don't want the past to get in between us when we do get closer." I tell him some of the truth, atleast I'm not lying.
"Okay then,what about this,Saturday, I will take you out for lunch and I will answer all your questions." He says.
"All my questions?" I ask,he nodded.
We get home and I instantly feel lighter,Hunter kisses me goodbye and then he leaves.
After I showered and everything, my phone vibrated, I look and see a message from Charlie.

How was your thing? :S
Boring :C
Would you like to maybe go out for some ice cream? :C
Now? :S
Please, it will be my treat :C

Awesome, I'll be there in 10 minutes :C
I grab my stuff and go wait downstairs.
Charlie comes 5 minutes later,I get in the car and when I look at him,he looks lost.
"Charlie, are you fine?" I ask.
"Yeah,I'm fine." He says unsure.
I decide to drop the topic there and he drives to the ice cream shop, the whole ride there was quite.
Charlie pays for my icecream, even though I said I was going to,he bought me the salted caramel and he took the same for him.
"There is something I need to tell you." Charlie says breaking the silence between us.
"What?" I ask, Oh my God, this is the best ice cream I have ever had my whole life.
"Millie called me,and she asked me to tell you the truth!" Charlie says.
The moment he says that I get up but he holds my wrist, and the memories of earlier flood my brain, Charlie wouldn't hurt me.
I reluctantly sit down,and he takes my silence as a carry on permission.
"3 years ago when my mom and I went to new York and my mom met Kyle, Hunter's dad,I was mad,and when I mean mad,i mean the type of mad where you would do anything to get revenge, Hunter was dating this girl back in new York, her name was Stefanie, they were really serious in their relationship, and I wasn't thinking, so for revenge I slept with her." Charlie says guilty.
"YOU WHAT?" I ask angry." How could you?" I am beyond angry right now.
"Trust me Stacey, I regret doing it,if I could go back and change it,I would." Charlie says.
"So that is why he hates you,but that doesn't explain why you hate him." I say.
"Stacey, Hunter wants revenge for what I did to him,so when he found out I liked you,he decided to play with my emotions." Charlie says.
"But that doesn't explain Millie! The other day I saw them arguing outside the gym." I ask.
"Stefanie is Millie's sister." I almost choke on my icecream.
"WHAT?" Charlie hands me a napkin.
"Which is why she was with Hunter on this plan,but she saw that you were so happy for the past few weeks, she couldn't carry on with the plan,when she told Hunter, he didn't take it well which is why she came to me!" Charlie looks so guilty and hurt.
"But why were they fighting 2 weeks ago?" I ask.
"Hunter wasn't going according to their plan or something, so Millie was getting frustrated!" Charlie finishes.
"Since when did you know?" I ask shaky,I'm barely holding my tears.
"Since this afternoon! I swear Stacey, I didn't know,if I did,I wouldn't have let him come closer!" He looks hurt.
My tears are just flowing, I can't believe this,they used me,and I thought that me and Hunter had something.
"There's something else I need to tell you! That day at the warehouse, it was Hunter behind the mask." Charlie says unsure.
I can't control my tears now,I nearly died and Hunter was the one who attacked me at the warehouse,and he lied.
I was so stupid to think that he actually liked me.
I get up and run out the door, I can't handle this,I just want to leave this place and never look back.
Charlie catches up to me pretty fast.
"Stacey please let me drop you home." Charlie says apologetically.
"Stay away from me Charlie,I don't want to see you or your brother ever again, thank God I'm leaving this country." Charlie's face falls.
"You're leaving?" He asks.
"We're moving to California." I start walking.
"Atleast let me drop you home as an apology, please?" He asks again.
I walk to the car and get in,tears are still running down my cheeks.
The moment Charlie parks the car,I burst out of the car without saying goodbye, I run upto my room and burst out crying,they all used me, it was all a lie.
Maybe Charlie was lying, maybe Hunter isn't playing with my emotions, I decide that tomorrow I will talk to Hunter no matter what.
