As the game started, Kageyama and Hinata were getting ready to do a quick attack when. Kageyama set was too short, Bokuto face was priceless to see! They keep messing up their quick attack which was hilarious, I mean we did take 2 weeks of practice by ourselves.
Next was Asahi's time to serve, I was ready to see him fail miserably. He serves the ball with full power causing it to go out of balance. They tried a combo attack, which ends up a total fail. But it was hilarious to see, Akio and I were trying our best not to laugh. Next Nishinoya tried to do a jump set, it didn't work either. The only thing that it got was a good laugh out of me and Akio.
Next, it was the twins time to shine, we did our quick attack which surprises everyone. Then we did our x, the x is when we switch sides and he ends up, setting for me or the other way around. (The same thing Astumu and Osamu) We still lose tho, at least we get to run outside. "The last one is going to eat last," I said getting ready to race
"Ready!" Daichi claps his hands and everyone started running, I was in the lead and Akio was a few inches apart from me. I wasn't even running, I was jogging the whole time which made Akio determined to make me run. The only thing he did was making himself get tired and the last one to get food.
"Are they still playing their first set?" Akio asks
"Yep, Ubugawa's weakness is they rely too much on their serves and blocks, which makes them weak on their receives," I said while still watching closely. We spent most of the day running laps which I didn't mind since I like taking little jogs. I with Kuroo and his friends, "HEY HEY HEY! you're really pretty!" Bokuto said.
"Ah! Thank you! You remind me of my pet owl! She really cute" I said while smiling
"My name is Bokuto Kotaro! Nice to meet you!" He said
"Akaashi Keiji," The one with gunmetal blue eyes said
"Udai Y/n, do you mind if I practice with yall?" I said picking up a volleyball
"Not at all, We just need a blocker," Kuroo said
My phone ring and answer it while I look at then talking to Tsukishima. My mom calls me saying I have to take care of Kohana again and that Akio is waiting outside the gates to pick her up. I didn't really mind because she is my baby sister and last time I let my little brother take care of her. It didn't turn out pretty, "I talk with the coaches saying it fine along as you do your stuff," she said before saying bye.
"He made not look like it, but this goofy fella is one of the top 5 aces in the nation. He'll be some awesome practice for you" Kuroo said
"To think he is still upset that he isn't in the top 3 anymore," Akaashi said ruining the moment
"There there-"
"Why would you said all that nice stuff just to tear me down like that" Bokuto cut off Kuroo
"It's ok, at least your in the top 5," I said walking toward them
"Anyway, If you are a middle blocker shouldn't practice your blocking, or do you wanna keep failing," I said in a taunting matter
I could see that set him off so I move out the way so he can pass by, I look at the others and give them a thumbs up. Bokuto kept spiking while Tsukishima tries his best to block it. "You so good that you can beat 1 blocker," Akaashi said sarcastically, "Shut up!" Bokuto yelled back. "How about we do triple," Kuroo said stepping up, "Who going to be our 3rd one?" Bokuto said looking for someone
"So you're saying that I'm to short to block your spikes," I said while taping my foot, Everyone look at the short girl that was only the size of a Pre-schooler. "When I say I'm all-rounder I mean it," I said, "Chibi-chan~ you're really are something," Kuroo said while ruffling my hair.
"Ready!" Bokuto throw the ball to Akaashi and got ready to spike it, we jump in the air at the same time Bokuto jump. I purposely left a space for the ball, I could see in his Owl eyes that he was aiming. I quickly move my hands toward it and block his spike, "Hell yeah!" I said landing on the floor.
"Well not bad buddy boy, but you know I gotta honest with you, Your blocks are a little weak" Bokuto said to Tsukishima. I look at Tsukishima and see that hit a nerve, I look at the door to see Akio with Kohana. I sneak my way over and grab Kohana. "She going to be sleeping with you and the managers," Akio said while giving me her bottle. "Did you bring her stuff in the room?" I ask giving her milk, "Yeah!" he said walking off.
I sneak my way back, look at the door again to see more people are coming. "Y/n? Where did you get a baby?" Kuroo looks down at me, "Well anyway my work here is done" Tsukishima walks away. "You piss him off, come on Kuroo I thought you had better people, skills then, that," Bokuto said. "Well he's different from Hinata, Hinata is more like he acts on instinct. While Tsukishima actually thinks" I said.
"First of all, When did you get that baby?" Kuroo asks again, "Guys meet Udai Kohana, my little sister," I said making Kohana look at them. Kohana giggles while I just smile, 'So this how it feels to have a wife and daughter' They thought. "Look at the time, Gotta put Kohana to bed. Good night guys" I said walking out.
Next Day
The next day wasn't that exciting, I spent time with Kohana not playing and left her with Kiyoko while doing our running laps. We finish our lap and took a break when the manager brought watermelons. Kohana made grabby hands to the melons, I told Akio to grab 1 for me and head outside. Akio got a big watermelon for himself while he gave me 2 small ones, I put a blanket and put Kohana down. I shove the melon in my mouth while I gave little pieces to Kohana.
I didn't notice people staring or taking pictures. After we were done we spent the whole day losing and doing running laps, I gotta say I never felt healthier in my whole life. We kept playing, the guys were doing their best they sometimes even bump into each other. Kageyama receives the ball which means he can't set the ball, Tanaka receives it and sends it towards Asahi. I look at Hinata who was getting to spike it but he stops and looks at Asahi.
We lost again... But at least I didn't waste my energy like last time. I went with Kuroo and Bokuto just to see them practice, I saw Yamaguchi running toward Tsukishima which means Yamaguchi is going to talk with him. I mean, not my business, I went to Akaashi and for some reason, Kohana did grabby hands to Akaashi which was cute. She then started crying which made me tap Akaashi's hand, He turns around and I quickly shove Kohana to him. She stops crying and nuzzle her nose on his chest, lucky baby.
Timeskip
I roll back and forth to Kohana when Tsukishima came in the door, "Oya?" "Oya Oya?" "Oya Oya Oya?" the trio said. "They're something that I like to ask you, do you mind," Tsukishima said walking towards them, I pick up Kohana and stand near Bokuto and Akaashi. "Oh no," Bokuto and Kuroo said in unison.
"Ok then, so here goes. You on a team that is known to be pretty good right?" Tsukishima question
"Well yeah"
"Even if you could get to nationals, it's difficult to win it all right?"
"It's not impossible, jackass!"
"Don't get bent out of shape, lets just hear him out ok"
"What drives you guys to work so hard?"
"Volleyball is only extra extracurricular activity, is it any benefit other than to be able to put it collage application or something like that"
I gave Kohana to Akaashi, and put my serious face on. Everyone went silent, "Volleyball isn't an extracurricular activity, Just hear makes me wanna hit your head with a ball," I said trying to stay calm.
"Chill Chibi-Chan" Kuroo patting my head to cool down
"She right tho, I suddenly have the urge to punch you," Bokuto said
They started arguing about grades which was hilarious to watch, He even said he got a 75 percent on one of Bokuto's tests. I usually get 90 or 100 percent on my tests.
"Hey tall dude with the glasses," Bokuto said not knowing his name
"It Tsukishima" Tried correcting him
"Fine then, Tsukibladada. Is this game fun for you?"
"mmm- No? Not really"
"You think maybe is because you suck at it"
"I'm a 3rd year and I went to Nationals, so I'm way better than you. I'm like 2 of you!" Bokuto said while making pointing out 2 fingers
"I already know that"
Bokuto started to talk about how much he didn't care about volleyball until blockers caught up to him. Technically he was telling his story about how much he loves volleyball. "Why don't you ask Y/n, she is kinda a volleyball pro," Bokuto said looking at me. All eyes were on me.
"I never really dislike volleyball, Since I was 2 months old I always love Volleyball. Volleyball was actually my first word, The only reason I like volleyball was that... The first time I saw it on TV, I could see how clearly how each position was important and how people who were there to watch it was full of joy. Volleyball brought people together and joy, I was separated from my twin for 15 years and volleyball brought him back to me. Volleyball isn't just to win, it to have a team and have fun."
"Now that was something" Kuroo ruffle my hair
"People have different moments, but if that moment ever happens to you. That's when you realize you have fallen in love with volleyball." I said pointing at him
"Ok, I answer your question so you're going repay us by giving us some blocks," Bokuto said
"Thanks, Akaashi for taking care of her," I said grabbing Kohana back
"One day you're going to be a good dad" those word echo in Akaashi's mind
The Next day
"We don't have to stop him," Tsukishima said
"That's right" Coach Ukai
"If we slow him down we could win," I said putting my finger on my chin remember that I analyze Bokuto and what was his weakness
'TWEET'
We back in the game, Bokuto was about to spike the ball. I remember what Kuroo told me about advice about blocking.
Flashback
"First, become conscience, insert power all the way up to your fingertips so they would never get blown back. Don't also put your hand straight up either, stretch them out. So you can teach this Owl with frosted tips a lesson!" Kuroo said
"You wanna talk hair," Bokuto said sticking out his tongue
End of Flashback
Tsukishima jumps to block the spike, I could see in Bokuto's eyes was a little fear. Bokuto didn't spike the ball but instead did a faint. What you look at that, Mr grumpy is finally coming out of the shell to face his enemy. The sun vs the moon, I look at Hinata and Tsukishima.
Timeskip
"Y/n, Kohana wants you" Kiyoko yelled when she saw me coming, I look to see Kohana crying and making grabby hands to me. First time I actually ran in running laps, in no time I was there comforting Kohana. We went back in to play another match, I was thinking when suddenly a ball went crashing into my face. "Y/n! I'm sorry!" Bokuto said while jogging his way to me, I cover my face because first of all my nose is bleeding second Kohana will start crying if she sees me bleeding.
I cover my nose and look at Bokuto, he stops midway. "Y-Y/n, D-Don't l-look at me like that," he said shivering, I turn and everyone stops playing. Everyone was frightened by my death stare, I close my eyes and calm myself down. I walk toward Kiyoko, "Can you help me with this?" I said pointing at my covered nose. She just nods and hands Yachi Kohana, 'He was so dead' Everyone thought looking at Bokuto before continuing playing.
I came back to see Hinata and Kageyama fighting... Sorta I guess. "Guys what did I say about fighting?" my voice was stern, both of them stop what they were doing and quickly look at me. A dark aura was around me making the whole gym shiver, "No fighting with each other" the both said looking away. "Good, now behave," I said in a calmer voice.
Timeskip
"Tsuki brought a friend today?" Bokuto said which made me and him look
"What?" Tsuki said looking at Hinata
"What happened to your favorite partner" Tsuki question
"Kageyama is working by himself," Hinata said
"Let me guess you wanna join practice with us," I ask him
"I- Uh- if it isn't a bother," Hinata said
"uh..." I look at the
"Please let me join you!" Hinata said at the same time Lev came and said that too
"Hey, Lev weren't you with Yaku?" I ask him which made him jump a little
"I was about to ask the same question," Kuroo said looking at Lev
"Yeah about that... I was doing really good on my drills today so he decided to let me go early" Lev said
They started talking which I didn't listen to since Kohana was pointing to the ball saying that she wanted to play. I look at them to see they were in 3v3 teams, "I don't think this is a balanced match up" I said raising a brow. Akaashi just nods in agreement, "Nah it's ok, might as well do since we can get away with it" Kuroo said while grinning.
Hinata and Bokuto didn't even care. They just ran like little 5 years while Akaashi wishes he wasn't with them.
After a while, It was time for dinner but they didn't want to leave yet. "Guys I think it's time to go," I said rocking Kohana in my arms. "Hey guys, the cafeteria is going to be closing up soon. So if you don't hurry up and finish your practice you won't be able to get dinner" Yukie one of the managers of Fukurodani said, " I quickly gave Kohana to Yukie and started cleaning.
Next Day
I woke super early to wake up the boys, I first did my morning routine and went towards the boy's room. "Oh boys, wake up," I said sweetly, they didn't wake up so I smash Akio with a pillow. "WHAT IN THE HELL WAS THAT!" Akio said while getting up. He looks at me and roll his eyes and went back to sleep, I soon then open the blinds which woke up everyone.
"Ah," I said feeding Kohana, "Guys don't eat like pigs," I said eating rice. "At least someone knows how to eat here," Tsukishima said while looking at the others, "Eat that much but all the nutrition doesn't go to your height," Tsukishima said. "Because I use it all in volleyball," he said which was all muff but you heard him clearly.
"We lost again" Tanaka groaned, "Where Y/n, she better not be skipping drills," Daichi said. "I think she already did her drill," Suga said while pointing, "Hey guys, I was bored of watching so I just gave Kohana to Kiyoko and started doing laps," I said while drinking water.
Timeskip
"Oh by the way, when you're going one on one against a spiker you don't wanna stand in front of them. Better be standing in front of their dominant arm" Kuroo said
"Question we are going to be enemies, so why are you telling us this advice" Tsukishima question
"What's so weird about me being nice and helping my volleyball brethren," Kuroo asks while light coming from behind him
"PFFFt- YOU SOUND STUPID!" I said covering my mouth from laughing while they look at him weirdly
My phone ring and I answer, my mom calls me saying she has come to pick up Kohana. I sneak out and call Akio saying he has to get Kohana's stuff from the manager's room. I walk toward the entrance already seeing my mom waving at me. I gave her Kohana and ran back towards the gym.
"YEAH! HEY HEY HEY!" I could hear from outside the gym, I quickly change my shoes and head inside the gym. Bokuto was explaining how to rebound works, "But a lot of time the ball ends slamming you back towards your face," Bokuto said "Yeah, happens to you a lot," Akaashi said. "It hasn't been happening a much lately!" I just laugh at the sight.
They continued playing, While I score the points. Technically Akio and I were having our own conversation about how he talks to this girl call Alisa and that Masaaki (Little brother) has a girlfriend called Akane. Coach Nekomata suddenly call my phone I answer it, he says that if I can make a cake or something sweet for the boys tomorrow. I accept it and ask him if I can use the cafeteria tonight. He said yes and I head off to work.
It took me all night but I made it happen, I also made all the food that we were going to serve. I mean I love those boys, they are like family so I made the food just for them. I also bought an apple pie for Kenma and made Nanohana no Karashiae for Akaashi.

"I think you should go to sleep now Y/n," Coach Ukai said
"No I'm fine," I said head off to go change
Timeskip
"Come Y/n, do your flying laps," Daichi said
"But I'm sleepy," I wined
"Leave her, she did enough today," Coach Ukai said
Then I hear some people celebrating about barbecue, I look up to see Kageyama doing some weird dance moves and Noya, Tanaka, and Hinata doing the choo choo train.
"Hey, I think you should really sleep, you can lay right there," Coach Ukai said I just nod and went to the spot to fall asleep.
"Y/n, its time wake up," A mysterious voice said
"NoooOOOOOoooooOoO"
"I guess I will eat all your dinner"
"I'm up!"
"Good!"
"Akio, I need your help"
"Ok?"
"Hey, where are the twins?" Daichi asks
"I think Y/n need help from Akio," Suga said
"BE PATIENT YOU FATASS!" I said
"But this looks so good!" Akio whined
Akio kept eating the food, which I didn't mind but he was so impatient. "Ladies I think yall should stop Cooking," I said which made them look at me, "Look what I made guys!" I said bring the wagon full of food and sweets.
They stare for a second before they charge to the food, "Y/n-Chan/Udai-Chan is such an angle!" all the boys said while stuffing their mouths with food. "Can I at least get food too?" I said while sweat dropping, they move out of the way for me to get food. I grab 5 onigiris and 2 pieces of meat, "When did you make this Y/n-Chan?" Hinata asks. "Last night," I said taking the first bite of my food.
After I said that everyone became quiet, did they not like the food? "You spent all night making food so we could eat?" Kageyama asks. I nod and look at everyone, tears came out of their eyes. "Thank you for the meal!", I got fluster and look away.
I was eating with managers, I could see some eyes on us which I didn't mind. I then see Noya, Yamamoto, and Tanaka scaring off boys who tried to talk to her. Today is a day the I will never forget, in the future, I will always remember this day.
