Knockout: Block all ways he can talk to you if he shows up to your house make sure your phones near and call the cops grab a weapon then hide until the cops show up and tell you it's safe!

Supercruncher: Buy a metal baseball bat go to his house and beat the scarp out of him until he agrees to stop coming near you or until his offlined either way it works in your favour!
