So after we had danced Slater and I had walked over to the table were the guys and I would be sitting. I was actually literally starving , so I couldn't wait to see what's for dinner. As we walked up to the table all the guys gave me a look.
"What's the matter with you guys" I asked them with a curious face
"How does one ignore all their other friends on the dance floor" Nick laughed
"Cause she was with the best dancer on the dance floor that's why " slater said nudging me I just laughed at all of them
"Listen I think the dance was a punishment I should have been sitting down eating some cake " I said to all of them as I took my seat "so ladies you all look very handsome "
"Woah woah woah " I herd all of them say
"Me a lady ? " Slater asked
"Yeah you guys are lady's , Nick's a lady , Marcus and Erik so get use to it girls " I told him and they all busted out laughing
"Well you two looked quite unique on the dance floor " Erik said after the laughter silenced
"Yep I know I've got natural talent " Slater said and took the seat next to me "So Enjoying your birthday so far " he asked me and I nodded
"Yeah I'm enjoying it except for that Steven Black he gives me the creeps" I said to all of them which he did that man I could tell he's something wicked and nasty. And that note he gave my mother what did it say? I have to find out.
"Yeah don't pay attention to that guy Scar he seems like bad news,but hey we all got you gifts " Slater said rubbing my shoulder which automatically brightened the mood.
"Yay gifts ! " I said smiling
"We bought you this make up case that's from Ulta the woman said it was the newest rave" Erik said to me and handed me the box I immediately looked at it and was impressed with it.
"Thanks guys I really like it " I said hugging all of them
"Oh and Slater bought you something too " Nick said
"Oh okay... Well cool " I said feeling a bit shy
"Yeah Well I umm hope you like it and all " Slater said kind of shyly and took out a tiny box from his pocket and opened it. "it's a necklace specifically a Crystal stone it's said to help you make wise decisions and to give you more strength . Not that you need it but I thought you'd like it "he said looking away from me . I looked at the necklace and was very very impressed the Crystal stone itself must have cost so much and it was a really nice light purple color. I really wanted to put it on now. so I took it out of the box.
"I really really love the necklace Slater do you think you can put it on me please?" I asked him and he nodes and put it around my neck the stone to me automatically had a slight glow to it but I didn't want to say anything because it could just be me.
"It looks really good on you I'm glad you like it Scar" he said smiling at me and gave me a kiss on the cheek.
Slaters P.O.V
After I put the necklace on Scarlett's neck I looked over my shoulder and saw that guy Black standing outside the entrance door just watching us. but then another sight came into view and it was me and the guys family. oh great.
"Slater " my mother said and gave me a hug my father as well.
"Ah hello Princess Scarlett it's is so lovely to meet you " my father said smiling at her while my mother smiled
"You are very beautiful darling but are you doing hanging around this pack" she said teasingly to us
"Oh well there all my friends and are a great group of guys if you ask me " Scarlett said smiling at all of us
"That they are. it's good you guys are all friends, Scarlett if they ever get out of line you can put them in check" my father said chuckling while Nicks father came over to us aswell as the twins mother and father.
"Hello Rick " my mother and father said to Nicks dad he seemed to have greyed a lot more since the last time I've seen him so has my father
" hello Selena and Dominick " he said with a friendly smile then the twins mom and dad walked up to is all aswell
"Hello every one" they said smiling
"Hello Rachel and Dan " my mother said to them
"Hello " Scarlett said shyly to all of them. and immediately they all smiled
"Hello Miss Scarlett " they said
" Now boys we have to tell you something " the twins mother said to them
"Yes what is it ?" Erik and Marcus asked at the same time
"well seems as though your brother Ethan has matured fully at an early stage and we think that he should move into the house with all of you boys and learn how to carry on in life " they said to them
"As a matter of fact Nate has matured quite early himself and I was going to ask the same thing from Nick " Rick said
"Well I guess we're going to have 2 new roommates " I said to both of them
"Guess we are "the guys said
"And I guess you won't mind them moving in tonight " the parents said
"Not at all not at all " we all said
"How old are Nate and Ethan" Scarlett asked
"Well Nate is about to turn 15 in about 3 weeks" Rick said
"Ethan is 17 " Rachel said
"Oh wow that's cool their both the same ages as my sisters so I guess they will all be attending the same high school" she said non chalantely
"Hmm I guess so but you know what that means little miss hybrid " I said
"What?" She questioned
"Well as you could probably guess or have figured out. the reason why you had figured out about yourself is cause of us. which means that's what's going to happen to your sisters to now. mainly because it's a territory body thing" I said to her and she had a surprised look on her face
"So it's going to be like a mental trigger ? Kind of like how girls get their period" she said in a serious tone
"Well umm I guess you could compare it to that" I said to her
"Well I guess might as well introduce them now " she said and stood up "I'll be right back " and with out me getting out what I had to say she was gone just like that. Well this could either go good , or bad very quick . Hoping for good though because having hybrids go through the change during a party may not be a good thing.
Scarlett's P.O.V
As I left the guys I went to go find my sisters. Now I know this may sound crazy but I really wish that they could see and feel what I do, and being that Slater said that meeting him was what helped kick my natural senses in maybe it will do the same for them. As I walked across the room I finally found them both sitting down on their phones .
"Hey guys " I said to them
"Hi " they both mumbled not paying attention. So me being the best sister ever I may have used my magic skill and hid their phones. I know I'm terrible.
"What the heck Scarlett" Charlotte yelled at me
"Yeah what gives" Violet said
"Well now that I've got your attention, I want you two to meet my friends"
"Friends?" They both said
"Yep specifically Slater, Nick, Erik and Marcus. oh and their brothers." I said to them while guiding them back to the guys
"Their brothers ? " Charlotte asked
"Yeah theirs Nate and Ethan both are going to be to your highschool by the way so might as well be freind them now eh ?" I said to them and then saw the guys and the two new boys clearly you could tell Nate was related to Nick and Ethan might as well been a triplet. The only difference was that Nate was a bit shorter then Nick. He had some sort of quiff going on though. His hair was a bit more of a lighter shade of dirty blonde. he also had grey eyes, which is quite funny if you ask me since their last name is Grey.
"Hello there guys, I'd like to introduce you to my sisters Charlotte and Violet. " I said smiling while my sisters waved, then Nick and the twins introduced their brothers.
"Nice to meet you guys I'm Nick and this is Nate " he said putting an arm over his brothers shoulder. his brother waved shyly.
"Hey I'm Marcus, this is my twin Erik and this is our younger brother Ethan" he said gesturing to the guys and they nodded at us and then Slater spoke.
"Well it's very nice to meet you two ladies, I'm Slater. I'm sure you've herd a lot about me." he said and chuckled
"Oh so your slater " Violet said
"yeah we've herd nothing but lovely things about you " Charlotte said i couldn't help but laugh and Slater stood by my side.
"So I herd you guys were going to be going to the same high school as my sisters" they both nodded "well hey at least now you know somebody " I said smiling
"Yeah we can help you find your classes and show you around school " Charlotte said and Violet nodded and smiled.
"Thanks" the two younger boys said then there was a bit of an awkward silence until we all herd an announcement that it was about to be that time for cake.
"Yay cake time " I said a bit to loudly and everyone stared at me "I may have said that a bit to happily " I said to my sisters
"Haha ya think Scarlett" Charlotte said
"You know what sucks about cake time?" Violet said
"Those goddamn pictures " I said and rolled my eyes and my sisters nodded
"Scarlett come on it's time for pictures and cake, you too girls. " grandma said to us
"Damnit" I said and my sisters were already by my grandma walking off with out me. Slater stood their and laughed at me.
"Haha come on I'll bring you over there" he smiled at me and put his arm over my shoulder. I nodded and smiled up at him."come on guys let's go make the birthday girl laugh for her birthday pictures" he said and they followed us to the huge cake table. I saw my mother already setting up the camera and taking pictures of the cake.
"Alright I have arrived " I said laughing and walking over to my mom
"Finally missy, stand by the cake and smile " she said, I did as I was told and stood by the cake and started smiling. Then I noticed Slater was taking a picture too and so were other people. Jesus help me now.
"Alright girls and mom go stand by Scarlett" my mom said . then we took pictures just me and my sisters and then one just with grandma. then Brianna and Brad came. ugh . so many pictures, I'm starving over her and just want to eat my goddamn chocolate cake. Is that to much to ask for.
"Ok last picture I want is with you and Slater and then one with you and your friends and one with everyone including your sisters." my mom said and I nodded and then Slater came and stood by my side.
"Alright Wild smile with my daughter"
"Not a problem at all " he said with a big grin on his face and I couldn't help but smile.
"Aww how cute " Nick said taking a picture
"So cute" Erik said while Marcus couldn't contain his laughter
"Alright boys now you guys too." Mom said. then I felt like a midget compared to all of them. It's like I'm standing next to damn towers. Then we finally took the last picture with everyone in it thank god.
"Alright everybody it's time to slice this cake " I said and laughed
"Go ahead" grandma said. I went and cut me a slice of my cake and then walked off. I mean I wasn't going to cut a slice of cake for everybody. So I went upstairs to my room and are my cake. Then I got a message. It was Slater.
"Where did ya go?"
"I'm in my room enjoying my cake"
"Ahh I see so you escaped"
"Exactly, see you are smart"
"And your a smart ass"
I couldn't help laughing at the messages. I love being sarcastic with Slater.
"If it makes you feel better I'm coming back down now"
"Oh I fell so much better knowing that now.haha"
"Oh and I'm the smart ass"
"Haha I'm kidding. but hey seems to me your sisters seem to be getting along with Nate and Ethan. That's a good thing"
"That it is sir"
I walked back down stairs and noticed that this party seemed to be dyeing down which is good. I'm getting a little tired. So I just walked up to my group of friends and sisters and say beside Slater.
"Oh look who's back" he said smiling at me and putting his arm around me
"Haha I had to go hide for a bit"
"I understand, you've been very busy with all these people in your house and everything " he said to me
"Ladies and gentleman the Queen would like everybody for being here and wish all of you a safe trip back home and to enjoy the rest of your evening" the dj said
After that everybody left. except for the guys they stayed for a bit longer. I started to fall asleep on Slaters shoulder. until I herd the sound of a camera
"Aw cute " Marcus said taking a picture. I rolled my eyes
"I guess your leaving now" I asked them
"Yeah, we're going to leave now " Slater said rubbing my shoulder
"Okay , thank you guys for everything " I said and gave a hug to all the guys and hugged slater last and walked them to the door
"Hey wanna hang out tommorw ? " Slater asked me
"Sure i have nothing to do anyways" I smiled at him
"Great so I'll text you in the morning " he said smiling and I nodded.
"Happy Birthday, have a good night Scar" Slater said giving me a hug and kiss on the cheek
"Night Slater"
