Claudia was rummaging through the fridge, it was a little past midnight. The only light source was of the fridge.
"Boo." a raspy voice said
Claudia felt the hair on her neck rise and goosebumps on her limbs, that until a set of arms wound themselves around her.
"Whatcha doin'?" Daniel tried to imitate Phineas and Ferb's Isabela.

"Ew," Claudia said jokingly
"And the answer to your question is, I'm looking for a snack, I'm hungry," Claudia said
"Might as well grab a snack too," Daniel said
Daniel opt for a sandwich, he grabbed some cooked ham, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
"Voila!" he exclaimed
Claudia got some baby carrots dipped in nutella, when she heard Daniel exclaim, she just looked up, used to his outbursts of sandwiches.
Daniel took a bite, pleased of his "glorious" creation but looked at the sandwich unstaisfied, a light bulb was over his head when he walked to the fridge and searched its racks for the thing that'll perfect his sandwich
"Ah, mustard!"
He popped the lid off and squeezed the mustard onto his sandwich, causing Claudia to gag.
"That is beyond disgusting!"
"Says the baby carrots dipped in nutella eating woman," Daniel retorted
"Gross, just gross," she said, wrinkling her nose in disgust as headed up the stairs munching on her carrots.
Daniel looked at her retreating figure as he flipped the bottle.

It was still January 30, it wasn't even expired.

"I'll be coming home late, okay? we have a business meeting with our potential business for the Horizons project," Daniel said through the receiver
"Alright, eat supper!" Claudia said
she decided to stay home, she had a stomach ache, mabe it wasn't so good to eat too much nutella.
"Of course, you too, I love you, bye." Daniel said
"Love you too, bye."
A few hours later, the clock seemed to be mocking Claudia, it ran so slow, so slow that might be going backwards.
There was like an endless void, it was so quiet, too spacious.
She felt a stray tear come down her cheek, it was so lonely. She then went into the bathroom and took one of Daniel's shirts in the laundry hamper, which he wore in the morning and wore it.
It smelt just like him and it was comforting, it lulled her to sleep.

"Are you okay? You've been acting weird lately," Daniel said
"Why's that?"
"You asked me to bake you a cake,"
"so?"
"I quote, " Can you bake me a radish cake, in the form of a leprechaun,"
Claudia merely looked away.
"Hey, Daniel?"
"yeah?"
"If you had a son, what would you name him?"
"if we had a son, we should name him Jett,"
"What about Jett Dylan?"
"That sounds like Jack Daniels," Daniel said
They both laughed
"We'll figure out later," Daniel said
"Oh okay, let's go for our son's check-up then," she said, standing up
"You mean you're...?"
"C'mon, we'll be late for the appointment."
"OH MY GOD!!" Daniel squealed
Claudia cringed but laughed
"Such a teenage girl," Claudia joked
